Overall comfortable and good but a little disappointing.

The location was excellent for visiting family who live nearby and visiting Derbyshire. The house was warm, clean and tidy and ideal for our of party of 8.

There was only a few tea bags, small jar of instant coffee and a small bag of crisps provided as a welcome pack. There was no milk, biscuits, chocolates, or wine as experienced by other guests in their reviews. The freezer was completely frozen up and was unusable. Fortunately we had no frozen food on arrival. The hot water tap to the bath was loose and rather dangerous especially for children. We contacted the owners on 2 occasions but these issues were not resolved during our visit. The dining room table was not really big enough for 8/9 people. A tea pot would have been useful.

excellent accommodation beautiful property 👌

we loved everything, our holiday stay accommodation was beautiful. It's interior was clean, bright and airy with pops and pockets of colour and humorous art. On our arrival we were greeted with a welcome box in the kitchen with crisps, biscuits, wine, tea and coffee and there was milk in the fridge too. We were 4 adult women and each of us had a decent sized double bedroom to ourselves. We were provided with towels, complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in both the main bathroom and the ensuite shower room and there were delicious praline chocolates on our pillows. We were a 15 minute drive into Sheffield town centre and a 25 minute drive from chatsworth house (which is why we chose the property) The communication from the owners was excellent and we were able to agree on an earlier access to the property. The owner Ali contacted me on the morning of our stay with the key code and wished us a lovely stay. We would 100% recommend to family and friends and would happily stay here again xx

There was nothing that wasn't thought about or provided for our comfort. The owners could possibly think about adding blackout curtains to the bedrooms as the blinds let a lot of light in in the early mornings.
