The house was clean, and it was a very good size for a big family. The location was perfect, 20 mins from the peak district national park, 3 mins from the major supermarkets. Nice spacious kitchen and bathroom.

Sofa bed, had bed bugs in it, which needs to be looked at, I believe. There weren't enough towels for big family.

Large house with 3 bedrooms over 3 floors but just one bathroom/toilet.

Size, everything you need in the kitchen, towels and shampoo/shower gel provided, small garden, plenty of rooms, efficient central heating. No smoking policy!

Not really suitable for elderly, disabled or people with walking difficulties. It should be better explained that the stairs are very steep. Also, one bathroom/toilet is not sufficient for such a big property. At least one of the bedrooms should be en-suite and/or a toilet extension on ground floor. Finding a free parking was a challenge. Contrary to the instructions, we did not risk to park at Casino during the day due to penalty notice saying it was for Casino customers only who should register at the casino reception.

The location was convenient, the place was clean and it was so lovely of the host to provide shampoo and conditioner too!

A very nice place to stay for our weekend.

I liked where it was located and that it had quite a nice homey feel to it. The couches and beds were all pretty comfy and was nice to relax in.

The doorway is quite tight to fit into the main hall when you first come into the house which makes it a little bit awkward.

The house is very nicely done up on the inside, relatively newly renovated, and everything worked well. Overall the rooms were comfortable.

The neighbourhood is not bad, but a bit dodgy, and while there was street parking available outside we decided we were more comfortable paying to park at the relatively close by train station. We didn't realise it on arrival, but the house was full of perfume emitters plugged into the wall - which triggered a migraine in one of our party, so we lost an entire day because of it. We politely mentioned what happened to the owners, and that they should be aware that a lot of people have allergies to such things - to which the response was "we'll look into it"; without so much as a "sorry". There is also a large drop outside the main bedroom, as the stairs are one step off being aligned to the hallway (so you have to step down, then back up) - not great for wandering out of bed in the middle of the night half asleep...

first property I ever stayed at where they thought of everything you may need and not only was it very clean but the decor was lovely and homey.

The house was great. Comfy beds, great kitchen area. Lovely bathroom.

Thursday/Friday/Saturday there was a club close by playing music until gone 5am and it was SO loud. Most rooms could manage to block it out but if you’re in the back room - it is impossible. This was so frustrating because before that, it had been amazing. But that ruined three nights sleep for me. Also, The house was not ready on time, we could get in but was still being cleaned.

A brilliant well kept property

The property was immaculate in cleanliness and very well equipped. Extremely spacious and although there were only 6 of us could easily house 10. Location was perfect as it was central to everything. If I come back to Sheffield would definitely book again and recommend to friends and family

Perfect location for a city break in Sheffield for the money!

Communication was excellent. We had 10 of us staying for a stag do and the whole house was an amazing place to stay - well presented, modern, and tidy. Location was perfect for us, less than 10 minutes walk to Sheffield city and for us the other way to a 5 a side centre where we were attending for some stag sports activities. So much cheaper than buying a hotel for the group we had!

Good family holiday house. Great ambience, very comfortable & cosy.

The property was very modern, very clean and nice. i especially liked the kitchen. it was perfect for my family. we stayed there for 6 nights and there were 8 of us. The heater was warm enough with double-glazed windows, so don’t worry if you are coming in winter. The owner was very prompt with his replies and very helpful. overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended if you are around Sheffield.

The house is not near any tram station, but UBER is easily available. Other than that i have no complaints.

Sheffield great stay:)

It is a great place to stay. We ve done many day trips to peak district all 30-40mins away...also we've used climbing hangar and cinema(in Sheffield) when weather wasn't great. Shops and restaurants walking distance away, also football stadium. The house is big and beautifully decorated, very comfortable to live in. Kitchen with huge dinning area(8-10people). Cosy living room. Bedrooms have comfortable huge beds.

Lovely clean house with everything we needed. Very responsive host. Would definitely use again if visiting Sheffield.

As we used the sofa beds the curtains in the sitting room could have been thicker, both for modesty and for darkness in the room.
