I liked everything there's just some things which can't be controlled like the lack of supermarkets around the area but again that's no discredit to the accomodation

Excellent location with newish buildings surrounded by semi-rural feel. Adequate facilities with toilet and shower next to room and community room and kitchen on the floor below. Very attentive owner with various phone calls to check how we were doing.
Mainly my fault as I missed the email sending final instructions and did not appreciate need for deposit (should have been clearer on initial details - maybe there were instructions but I did not see it.) This was finally sorted when further email received and details completed and submitted. Good having cigarette butt bin near the entrance but could do with emptying more often. I don't smoke ! Not the owners fault but could hear a domestic quarrel nearby in the morning.

The location was good, walkable to city centre. Room was very clean and tidy with everything you could need. Staff were very friendly and helpful, checked on us throughout the stay.
Spacious, modern room with everything you needed. Free parking is a major bonus.
