Fantastic, would definitely come back

The property was easy to check into, the bedding was very comfortable, nicely designed, shared facilities were kept super clean, the location in Sheffield was fantastic (short walk to centre) and parking was plenty.

Locking the building door that gave access to shared areas was difficult to lock (private rooms locked unlocked as normal) and WiFi was not the best but mobile connectivity in the area was great.

Nice, warm, clean, cosy place for 3 nights.

The location is perfect, easy to find, easy to park, and close to the city centre and local restaurants. The house feels like home, the small touches here and there makes it cosy. The icing on the top is the hot shower and tea after a long Peak District hike. We enjoyed our stay.

Good. But wouldnt do it again due to it being a shared facility.

We didn't realise the venue was a shared use facility. Hence we were planning on leaving. However The person managing over WhatsApp was really helpful and easy to access. We changed our mind and ended up staying because of his service

The care taker chap was quite hands off. We needed the bed sheet and duvet cover changing because of some yellow stains. The chap over whatsapp arranged for it. However, when the care taker brought it to us we were expecting him to change the stuff, but he looked at us and told us to do it instead. We didn't like that. That left a bad taste. Normally in hotels this is done by the cleaners and care takers and it should have been the case there as well. Also, initially it was hard to get hold of the hotel personnel. The number given on Booking.com kept going to boicemail and the office number would ring and no one would answer.

It was very clean and comfortable

The exit code did not work but the host was very helpful. You need a long code to get in and out room so unless you have a good memory or have it written down you could easily lock yourself out!

Amazing place to stay

Very easy to get access to the property it was very clean and comfy beds there's everything you need washer dryer cooker kettle fridge it was just like being at home and I've stayed most nights also the people that run the property dee and esta are very welcoming and helpful and the price is cheap compared to anywhere else and it's a beautiful place too be

Everything was as advertised and all that I needed for a night's sleep!

The locking system was far too confusing. Couldn't quite figure out how to get the front door locked and the door code was super long and hard to remember. While they were very friendly, I found the communication from the hosts to be a bit too pushy.

Clean and comfortable

Shower was SUPER CLEAN. Bedroom was lovely and COZY. Keypad locks meant I felt SAFE as it's a shared property. I LOVE the PG tips and biscoff biscuits. Overall experience was lovely and staff were super helpful and friendly. Location was good too, easy access to City Centre. I would definitely consider a long stay here as there is a kitchen also where you can cook things and you have a personal fridge in your bedroom too.

The room & shared facilities were excellent. All area's being super clean & tidy.

Nothing to do with our host, however outside there was other residents/homeowners smoking at chatting into the early hours. This has no reflection on our host or their accomadation.

The host attended to my request almost immediately. The request for a fan during hot summer, an iron for my clothes to attend my daughter's graduation, carparking pass update 2 hrs before my arrival from Luton......

I'm indifferent about this accommodation really! Served as a place to stay for one night and it did the job. Nothing to point out.

A home from home. Perfect surroundings to get away for a night or two

I'm a teacher that travels occasionally. When I got to the property, I was very tired to the point where I struggle to put the password in lol. My host was very courteous, professional , polite who helped me every step of the way and didn't make me feel silly. It was really nice because it was secluded, I time on my own and I felt my well-being was well rested by the morning. Bed was comfortable, amenities available including fridge, ironing board, iron, soild cost hangers. Despite the fact that I was travelling alone, I felt very safe and this was important to me as a single travelling female.

Nothing, It was excellently priced, had everything I needed. I had to share a bathroom but given all the other facilities. I thought this was pretty standard.

Noisy on my first stay. Although I was requested not to make noise or have parties, parties were taking place on site. Last stay, the gardeners decided to cut the lawn outside my room at 07:30!

Comfortable room with great location to walk into town. Owner couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive- really made the stay a delight

Great night's sleep in a comfy room, with free secure parking right outside, 30 mins walk from city

Room was spotless and very comfy. Free parking close by in a gated zone. Close to city centre, but also far enough out to make a quick getaway and barely 20 minutes from excellent hiking and climbing routes in the Peaks

Not a huge problem, but there aren't very many amenities nearby. There was a corner shop about half a mile up a bit of a steep hill, and a couple of takeaways a similar distance but in a slightly different direction.

Modern, quiet room in a great location it almost feels like a hideout. Very charming location.

The room was excellent value for money, the room was modern and clean and would stay again.

Honestly the only thing I didn't like was the pillows and that's me nit picking because there was nothing else to complain about 😂
