Free parking, cool location and the room was beautiful comfortable and clean. They’ve clearly put a lot of effort into making it a nice place to stay. Really appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities next to the bed 🕊️🌞❤️

The location was good for town and the room was cheap, ability to gain early access for £7 an hour although in my case unable to use as could not get in room. Offered late checkout however no use when prebooked train left early
My frustration when arrived and could not access the room, my calls did not get through to owner although once I spoke to booking.com they called me back immediately and helpfully explained what I was doing wrong for 50 mins. (I mistook blue lit circle on handle as guide to press thumb before entering code)
I did not like sharing bathroom (very clear on booking but another room did not clean toilet pan after use). Another toilet was available on next floor

Clean room
Noisy on my first stay. Although I was requested not to make noise or have parties, parties were taking place on site.
Last stay, the gardeners decided to cut the lawn outside my room at 07:30!
