Friendly and helpful host who responded to queries even at inconvenient times, the facilities are good, and the rooms are spacious.
Stairs are quite steep which might be a bit of a struggle for elderly or disabled guests

Everything was marvelous, the house is clean with all the amenities. Kids enjoyed Netflix shows. Overall, the location is also good as there are a lot of food options close by, and also ASDA is in close vicinity. The only thing I would recommend to the host would be changing the checkout time as 10 am is too early espcially on the weekends. But the host is super nice and helping. There is a big park and kids playing area nearby as well.
