Once inside the property this was clean, well presented and adequately stocked, although quite small. Having a 24 hour convenience store on the ground floor was beneficial, although the exterior looked tatty. Staff were very helpful.

Struggled to initially enter the property, as we accessed the wrong underground car park. Communal areas looked neglected, dirty & scruffy, giving a very poor initial impression. The street access to the property looked tatty with graffiti. Hot water was not switched on. Once switched on it wasn’t particularly hot. Had to regularly use boost switch. A lack of grab handles in the vicinity of the bath and shower making it very difficult for less confident party members to access and leave these areas safely. Pillers in the main bedroom made it quite difficult to navigate this area.
