Really nice cute little studio apartment to stay in. We paid for reserved parking which was really easy to find. I contacted the property to enquire about location of apartment and parking and for accessibility, they provided detailed information for both and even sent across pictures for references.
There was a problem with the radiator within the apartment and they offered to come and have a look but as we were visiting for a show we had to leave. The contact was extremely quick and they were very accommodating
Heating didn’t work which made the apartment very cold when we arrived but they offered to come out and have a look.
The smoke alarm in the kitchen I think had a low battery and beeped about every 2 minutes. This was extremely annoying especially when trying to sleep.
All issues reported to the property on arrival.
I would recommend sorting the heating and smoke alarm for next users.
