A comfortable and clean stay, close to everything

There were no keys, it was codes and that was all fine for me.

Unfortunately, the bathroom door did not close but as it was just me I did not care much but others may who rent the property.

Good shout for us with multiple food stores and the Burger and Sauces food place,2 mins walk

had over night off road parking, flat rate from 4.30pm-8.30pm..(£2) however had to awake before 8am to pay for 2 hour parking of approx £6 which was still ok i guess, huge issue finding parking with surrounding areas allowing multiple entry and exits

Very pleasant couple of days, the apartment was clean and tidy with everything I needed.

Very nice apartment, all the kitchen facilities and cookware etc required. Only 5 mins walk from the tram stops in the centre of the city, along with the associated nightlife, pubs, restaurants etc, but it is down a small side street so quiet.

Possibly a better sofa would be good!

Flat is really good, attention to detail, very clean.

Neihbour upstairs gets up at 6 and thumps around like an elephant for 2 hours. Very noisy, no way of sleeping through it! Also seems quite keen on moving furniture at 11pm.

Bad check in experience

We booked Homely Serviced Apt Figtree but was instead told to go to another apartment in another street nearby. The notification came last minute on the day of arrival. We took a taxi to the original location, only to find out the apt we booked was not available. I called the host and then only realised they had sent me an email that day about change of address. Ended up we had to lug our heavy suitcases and walk to the other apt. How can the apartment be unavailable when it is confirmed and fully paid?

Good location, ideal for a two night stay.

The apartment was conveniently located in the city centre - a minute or two walk from the High Street. It was cosy and the bed was comfy. Great addition that the TV came with Netflix.

It was slightly noisy at times but that is to be expected staying in a city centre.

beautiful clean modern apartment very close to town and Theatres.

on Tuesday Morning scaffolder arrived and erected scaffold outside bedroom windows for two and one half hours, on Wednesday they arrived at the same time and took that scaffolding down and put it back up outside lounge window for nearly four hours, when I complained the manager said there was nothing they could do, their solution was that I moved out by 11:00 am next day and get a partial refund! not ideal.

A Wonderful Gem of a Serviced Apartment

Clean and very well equipped with household appliances and utensils! Excellent value for money. Staff was very responsive and service was excellent.

The instructions for opening the door should be clearer and the unit number stated clearly.

WILL BE BACK - LOVED IT

Lovely apartment, felt like my own - like the layout and decor very homely. Clean and spacious. Modern interior. Easy to access as I have previously struggled in other apartments - very happy. Facilities exceptional. Everything you need. Just what I wanted. Once the heaters are on lovely and warm / like the heater in the bathroom too - instant heat for when you use the shower. Will be back as soon as you have available dates I want :) Thank you for a lovely stay

Sofa a little small for 2 people if you want to relax in the evenings. The shower was fantastic however, it was filling up and leaking down the left hand corner. Struggled with tv WiFi - couldn’t watch Netflix/any apps as it was stop start or cut off which was a shame. Not much to complain about at all! Wish you offered some free cancellation options just incase my dates change in future.

i had a fantastic stay at this apartment. the only criticism i can say is a bit noisy in the morning during bin collection opposite building. reason I say this is because i always sleep late and tend to wake up late 10am. so don’t worry if you are an early riser. i would definitely recommend this place. staff are brilliant and easy to reach.
