Was met on arrival and shown to my room, everything was explained and the young lady helped with my luggage. The same person was very friendly and helpful when I requested a new toaster. The building looked a bit run down on the outside but was satisfactory inside. Access was by key fob, so it was quite safe despite being in the city centre, good for me as a solo traveller. Good public transport and a supermarket nearby.
I was given a room on the second floor which was 40 steps up and down every time. If I went again, I would request a ground floor room. Washing machine and dryer in a small room on each floor. Small very awkward area which could be improved. Opening/closing the window was a bit tricky as it was quite high.

The bedroom was very Big, the toilet was great. The kitchen had items to cook somethings and the ubication is amazing.

Spacious and bright. Great location with beautiful view.
The fridge didn’t close properly so all of our food had to be thrown away. We had planned to cook each night and ended up buying takeout. Very disappointed as my daughter is a professional athlete and this food was not ideal at all
