Telephone Staff impolite. Adress was not written in the booking document. Deposit money was requested upon arrival even before entering the room which was not mentioned before in the website. Noisy neighboors.

The location was central and the room was clean.
The room I got did not look anything like the pictures. Please note this is not a "charming" apt and much more of a room with a bathroom and a kitchenette with nothing useful to use, two rolls of toilet paper even if you stay for 4-5 days, and very basic everything. but overall the room is clean so i have no issue with that. the room was fine, just a warning if you think it's like any other apt. you've been to in the UK, all of those i've been to have been way better.
However, this is one of the worst experiences I have had while staying in a Bookling.com site ever. There is very little information about the way you will pick up keys, and their hours are significantly more strict than others I've experience internationally or here. But the service and the way I was treated during my stay and the lack of follow up afterwards is why i am making sure to write this review and warn people.
Firstly, i tried to change my reservation once when it was still in the free cancellation time, and i was told i couldn't and would be charged money. Secondly, I was told the day of (and was also called around 3xs) that i had to put a deposit in and also my arrival time (which is notated differently than what is published here) was too late and i would be charged extra money. This is not clear on the booking.com so just another surprise. I realise the deposit is, but it's not very clear,, so i was then told multiple times that my upfront costs were £125 pounds more than what i had agreed. Finally, when i had to leave i had an unexpected health crisis, and i couldn't leave the flat. I was instantly called incessantly and asked to leave & then ultimately charged money for a late checkout. the experience was traumatic and made the personal health situation far more difficult. I would strongly recommend being aware of these things if you decide to stay here. they did not care to make an exception from an exceptional health situation.

amazing value for money, especially for the location and facilities! The city centre was very accessible, and the property was clean and had everything i needed.
the TV stopped working after the first day, however I think it was due to the remote batteries not working. also the lock on the bathroom door is very tough, and I got locked in at one point, so if possible I would avoid locking the bathroom door.

I wish they had other means of accepting payments, like bank transfers. My studio had a window facing another building, not much light got in, I guess it’s because it was the cheaper option available at the time of booking. I wish I had known this at that time though, I would have forked out the extra £60-70. For these reasons - 9/10.

It was overall amazing. Everything was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, there was enough room for us two. The location was good too, we only walked about 10-15min to the train station.
The bed was a bit small for two adults. It was fine for us because we are a bit smaller and didn't mind sharing a space, but it's just something that we noticed. We also had a little too little toilet paper, wasn't too big of a problem but we were unsure on how to get more because there wasn't a reception. But those were the only two things, other than that it was perfect.

Very nice and clean apartment in the center of the city. Very close to the tram and train station. The host was friendly and welcoming and available if we needed anything.
The toilet seat was broken and it was not comfortable to use. The water in the bathroom was not very warm and there was no heating in the bathroom. The bed could have been more comfortable. Everything else was perfect.

We stayed for 20 nights and the room was comfortable and clean, allowing me to enjoy every day. The staff were very polite and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and relaxing. The welcome gift was a very thoughtful touch and deserves special praise.

Great location , very central to everything in town in easy walkable distance. NCP parking nearby.
Only 2 hobs in very cramped kitchen unit. Heated towel rail didnt work, was given the wrong type of saucepans for the hob so struggled cooking, although cant cook much as no oven and only one saucepan, though 2 hobs. So poorly equipped kitchen. Also no tea towel provided to dry up and no coffee machine as mentioned. The heating also didn't stay on so it got quite cold.

We had a great stay and definitely want to return. The lovely Mahdi let us in and helped us figure out how to sort things we needed to do. The apartment was perfectly placed and we had an amazing sleep! Couple of issues with the WiFi were the only draw back but I still plan on returning:)
