the room was clean, comfortable and in a good state of repair. The kitchen area was well equipped with a kettle, microwave, fridge and hobs, with a welcome pack including tea bags, coffee, milk and biscuits. Being student accommodation, it isn’t luxurious or brand new but it is perfectly pleasant and excellent value for money. Quiet, especially given it’s in a main road.

It was quiet. The kitchenette with pans, utensils, appliances and fridge were very useful. I chose this place because it has a decent gym with weights and cable machines. Wifi worked well. Common areas like corridors and lift were clean. It felt safe too.
The room could do with some more careful cleaning (pay attention to the ceiling) and some minor maintenance like repainting below bathroom door.

Not much I’m afraid.
Registering photo id on line was a faff. The room was cold, brightly lit. Uncomfortable mattress and a thin duvet with a rather old (clean) cover, and thin cheap pillows. No light in the bathroom. Curtain hanging off the rail at one end. Apart from that, all good!
