Friendly check-in, great location. Bed was comfy, and clean. Studio was roomy. These rooms are student accommodation, so don't expect a "showroom" traditional hotel room.
A couple of minor housekeeping issues (bathroom basin was blocked and the milk sachets were out of date). Nothing that would put me off staying here again.

the room was clean, comfortable and in a good state of repair. The kitchen area was well equipped with a kettle, microwave, fridge and hobs, with a welcome pack including tea bags, coffee, milk and biscuits. Being student accommodation, it isn’t luxurious or brand new but it is perfectly pleasant and excellent value for money. Quiet, especially given it’s in a main road.

Not much I’m afraid.
Registering photo id on line was a faff. The room was cold, brightly lit. Uncomfortable mattress and a thin duvet with a rather old (clean) cover, and thin cheap pillows. No light in the bathroom. Curtain hanging off the rail at one end. Apart from that, all good!
