* The room and bathroom were clean, and the beds were comfortable. * The room was well equipped with plenty of amenities, including a hair dryer, straightener, fans, TV, kettle, microwave, cutlery and cookware, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, towels, and toiletries for both men and women. * Great location, with multiple grocery stores and restaurants just a short walk away. It was also centrally located with good transport links. * The room was reasonably priced and good enough space for 3 people for a short stay trip.

Collecting the keys was unnecessarily difficult. The keys had to be collected from a local café, but the café had changed its closing time without us being informed. When we booked, we were told that check-in was available between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. We had intended to arrive early, but due to work commitments and traffic, we arrived later than planned, but still within the advertised check-in window. However, the café had apparently changed its closing time to either 4:00 pm or 5:00 pm, making it impossible for us to collect the keys ourselves. Fortunately, I had a friend who was able to collect them on my behalf; otherwise, I would have been left without accommodation for the night. The booking also states that if the keys are not collected within the specified time, the booking may be cancelled without a refund, with guests responsible for finding and paying for alternative accommodation. While I understand the need to have a key collection deadline, it was an inconvenience not to notify us when the collection location's opening hours change. Had we been informed of the earlier closing time, we would have made arrangements to arrive sooner. In our case, we were fortunate to have someone local who could collect the keys for us, so it wasn't a major issue. However, for travellers who are unfamiliar with the city or delayed by circumstances beyond their control, this could easily result in them being unable to access their accommodation despite arriving within the advertised check-in period. This is something the property should address to avoid unnecessary stress for future guests. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and the room itself was excellent. Had it not been for the issue with key collection, this would have been a perfect 10/10 experience. Unfortunately, the inconvenience and stress of collecting the keys meant I couldn't give full marks. Even so, I'd still rate it 9/10 and would consider it a very good place to stay.
