This is a nice flat with two bedrooms and two bathrooms one of which is en-suite. There also is a garage underneath with a dedicated parking space that was a real bonus. Both bedroom windows go out to a courtyard so it was really quiet even though the flat itself was only just off the main road. It's easy to walk to the main city centre but there are also some restaurants and pubs and a local Tesco nearby. Communication with the owner was great

There is a slight damp smell coming from the en-suite bathroom but once the door was closed, it wasn't noticeable in the bedroom

Beds and bedding very comfortable. Excellent location and great instructions to get into the property. Good communication.

Could do with chopping board. We didn’t cook much so wasn’t too big a deal. But if a longer stay I’d want better cooking utensils- maybe also wooden spoon.

The underground parking was great. Size of the apartment was decent, beds were comfy and in general was reasonably clean. The host communication was very good

The place needs tlc. Hot water tap in main bathroom didn’t work. Black mould in the bath/shower, this could easily be cleaned with mould spray. Floor could do with mopping more regularly before people stay, our feet and socks got very dirty from the floor. The sofas aren’t in the best condition, especially the sofa arms all sunk in and because of the very hot weather we had window and doors open but the problem with that, the surrounding residents smoking a lot of marijuana and the smell was very strong. The location was very close to night clubs which wasn’t ideal for us with the noise with us needing to be up at 5am.
