The property was a perfect location for what we wanted, going to the tramlines gig. Perfect for checking out Kelham island too, lots of cafes and bars in the area. Modernly decorated and perfect for a staying in Sheffield. Great communication with the landlords too, after asking for additional needs there was no issues at all. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.
If I have to say anything that is constructive criticism about the place is that the bed is a little low and a little hard.

Clean, tidy and well-maintained property in a smart, attractive part of Sheffield. The accommodation was exactly as described, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The area felt safe and was conveniently located for local amenities and transport links. Communication was straightforward throughout, making for a hassle-free experience. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Sheffield.
Some of the cooking utensils could do with updating, and as a vegetarian I would have appreciated some foil for the oven tray. That said, these were only minor issues and didn't detract from my stay. Ultimately, I have no complaints at all. A huge thank you to the host for a great stay.

Instructions from host were excellent. Parking on site. Loved the little signs in the apartment showing where things were and which doors were for each facility. Plenty of crockery and kitchen equipment. Bathroom a good size and plenty of towels provided. Great location with lots of eateries / bars within walking distance and only 15-20 min walk into centre of town.
Shower is not that strong but perfectly adequate for a weekend.
