The position is very nice, the flat has got everything you need, clean and modern.
Nothing really, probably a little a bit small for 4 people

What we loved most was the excellent location, right on Kelham Island and just a few minutes' walk from Neepsend. Host communication was good throughout our stay, and the flat itself has large windows that flood the space with lovely natural light. While the bed frame is definitely on the smaller side, the firm mattress was very comfortable. An adequate base for two people for a few nights.
The space is noticeably smaller than the photos suggest with a cramped layout where the bedroom door opens directly onto the bed. The blind cords were very hard-to-reach, Wi-Fi was unreliable, not enough loo roll, and minor cleanliness issues like stray hair around the bath. Given the cost and that you have to check out by 10:00 am, being given a list of chores before leaving (to strip the beds and empty the bins) felt a bit cheeky.

Lovely furnished apartment and extremely friendly hosts who left a lovely card and some extras, which was appreciated. Very clean and tidy.
Sadly, the electric shower wasn’t keeping stable heat and was running cold every 30 seconds. A bracing start to the day.

The location was good. It was near to the concert we was seeing at the Alder Bar. It was near to the museums. I should have done my research as the museums are shut on a Monday. The instructions made the property easy to find and the bonus was free parking at the property
It was noisy first thing in the morning with workmen but that is something outside of the property owners control. A basic shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom would also be a bonus. I can't really think of anything else as they have thought of everything else that you would need
