It had everything we needed, and a lot of room. Was really comfortable and a very stylish and modern looking apartment when inside.
The host Nick was a great help as well when I had questions etc!
Not the most pleasant route to the property (in a short alleyway) but obviously this cannot be changed so it was not a huge deal to me.

The communication from the host was very reassuring and helpful. There was space for plenty of people and great value for money. The kitchen was well equipped and great for self catering, although there were many options for eating nearby. The beds were really cosy. I particularly liked the living room as a cosy, well presented place to be. It was such a quiet flat, despite the main road.
The flat was a little tired in places. The plumbing made quite a din. There was a lingering smell of weed in one of the bedrooms. The flat needs to be accessed via an alley and back yards. Whilst the back yard of the property is well maintained the neighbouring one you have to walk through is not pleasant. The door off the yard did not have as reassuring a lock as I would have like as a lone female on my first night (friends joined me later) and the door at the top of the stairs only had a chain. I think better locks would increase my sense of safety. However, the area was more peaceful than it first felt. The parking is also an issue. Side streets are free but parking is not easy to come by.

Was very modern and well equipped with everything you needed.
There was a good bus route right outside the door.
Owner was very good with an issue we had and dealt with it in a very professional manner.
I did not Like the entrance leading into the place.
You had to pass a restaurants smelly bins
