Perfect base for our swimming weekend

We chose the location due to its proximity to Ponds Forge Leisure Centre for our children to compete at the Regional swimming championships. Thy can make their own way to/from the pool safely. The kitchen is well equipped so we can self cater

Would be great if parking could be included in the price and a 2nd set of keys as we were all leaving and arriving at the property at different times throughout the weekend

Really bad experience

Really horrible group, they took money from our card without even asking. No cleaning service , location is really bad.Not safe to walk in the night in this area

Well presented apartment. Clean and good furnishings.

Couldn't figure out Toilet ventilation. The hallway leading to the flat 65 was quite dirty and smelly at the time of my stay.

Location is ok, but access to keys down a side alley would not be great in the dark. Front door of block to street did not shut properly which undermines the intended security. Staff informed my request for an invoice meaning I have been unable to reclaim the cost on expenses

The heating was a problem. The only heating I could turn on was the towel rack. The radiator never produced any heat, so the apartment was quite cold.

Exactly like the pictures

The location was great and the apartment was clean. It looked exactly like the pictures. The check-in and check-out process was straightforward and the communication with the host was good. The wifi speed was good, I had no issues with work or Netflix.

The bed and sofa were not very comfortable. The bed was very hard and the sofa was soft enough that you could feel the frame. If they had been more comfortable, it would have been a 10/10.

Its a self check in and self check out. Very easy to check in. The customer service were super helpful and extremely responsive. We asked for two fans in our rooms and they were already placed in the rooms. Nice clean apartments

The only things that I would say I did not like was perhaps the apartment does not have a parking space of its own. Which was the only issue. Other than that it was wonderful

Good, modern, well-organised apartment.

Good, modern, well-organised apartment. The person who managed it was also very friendly and helpful. We met him on the final day and he was very helpful in carrying our luggage.

The hot water was a pain. The system does not heat enough water for 2 people. having put the booster on regularly was inconvenient. The bin was broken (pedal) and the oven was fiddly (turned itself off if you opened it). The decoration is starting to look a little tired. the property could also be a little cleaner.

It's was ok for what it was

Very central. Nice sized flat, ideal for two people.

Sadly the lifts broke down which was difficult because of my asthma and the outside corridors were dirty. Dog mess on stairs, broken glass bottles and smell of weed.

It was a great apartment, and catered to our needs extremely well. Fantastic location and meant that we could get to our place of work for the week with a short walk.

The bathroom door was a difficult one to lock, so we had to accommodate each other as colleagues a little differently and ensure we didn't interrupt! Free wifi was a great addition, but did sometimes slow down dramatically.

Lovely, Comfortable, Great Location.

Property was lovely and clean, very modern and location was great. Netflix on the television, and had everything we needed.

Showers were difficult with there being 4 of us, and sometimes we were left to have cold ones, think it would be great for 2 or a family with young children, but difficult with 4 adults. The toilet didn't flush well either, it took a long time for the tank to refill, but was a really nice stay other than that.

perfect for what my son and I needed for the stay in Sheffield for his swimming competition.

it’s location to ponds forge is excellent for swimming competition and the kitchen was well equipped. It was nice and clean inside the apartment.

I couldn’t work out how to use the wall heater in one of the bedrooms and couldn’t find any instructions on how to use it. The headboard on one of the beds hits the wall when just turning over so I had to wedge a towel behind it as that was a bit annoying. Some effort could be put into the area right outside the apartment entrance and door as it looks like someone has punched the door and several New Years parties have taken place on the carpet outside! it didn’t effect our stay but it’s a little off putting on arrival. we also didn’t know why there was a random fridge freezer near to the door…bit weird but also didn’t effect our stay.

Remote staff support excellent. Straightforward key collection / check-out. Modern kitchen area. Good bath/shower. High-speed wifi. Nespresso machine and capsules a really nice touch.

Nice location. Heart of city center.

Hot water was a problem. Didn't have enough for 4 people and there was a system to turn on hot water after 2 people showered. You don't expect that on a holiday to jump through such hoops. Had to shower in cold water.

Good

Everything you need for a few days fits nicely into the space and you don't feel cramped despite the small square footage. All of the appliances are really clean and you have everything you need. The decor is minimalist and soothing. Hosts were very responsive to any emails for help and we never felt like we couldn't ask for something.

The apartment was a little smaller than I'd imagined from the photographs. I also found that the beds were not the most comfortable. The mattress felt like it's sinking towards the middle (This is not to do with our weight... I am ~53kg, my partner is ~65kg...) so the first few nights' sleep were not the best. Would probably be fine for a solo traveller. We also tried the sofa-bed, but this was uncomfortable because of thin padding and metal slats which could be felt at the hinges.
