Terrible, stay at the travelodge in future
Nothing….. IM FUMING
Location was poor, no obvious parking areas, had to park down the street. Communication with host was problematic. Had to call several times to get check in details. Finding the apartment was difficult due to no obvious door numbers. Once inside the kitchen wasn’t great, the oven stank of garlic when heated (made me feel very unwell) crockery was dirty, glasses were dirty. The bedrooms looked nothing like the pictures, the chest of drawers were dirty and broken. The other wardrobe had a random pair of socks left in it. The bathroom was pokey and uncomfortable, the plug in the sink was jammed in the hole and you could clearly see people had used knives to un jam it. I wasn’t risking my finger so left it. After we eventually got settled one of the tvs didn’t work. Surprise. We then began to go to sleep only to be phoned by the host telling us that a leak was coming from our apartment to the one below. This was at 22:50. Should a host be ringing me at that time! NO! I want a full refund. This accommodation was completely unacceptable.
