Dusty, needs renewing mattresses, sheets. Acceptable comfortable house. Location is ok, odd area but neighbours friendly. Just a ok house to sleep in.

The size of the property and the space available for a large family of 6.
Many supermarkets ,one kebab shop within walking distance and three corner shops all open until late, easy access to M1 and the meadowhall shopping centre.
I had a call from the agency the day after I left, claimed there is missing beddings,throws and pillows,the fact they still holding my deposit is rather annoying, I left the property in the best order I could with bins emptied, Hoover, beddings rearranged perfect and our breakfast dishes washed.
I followed up many times and had to report the issue to their office as well as booking.com, finally received the deposit into my account today.

The location is fine since we mainly went to the Magna Science Adventure Centre, 30 minutes to the central sheffield by car.
1. There're termites in the bathroom on the ground floor. We have 6 people and can only use the other two upstairs.
2. Took me two weeks to understand what's going on with the damage deposit refund. Difficult to contact the customer service.
