Service am Schalter, hilfsbereit, auf Nachrichten wird schnell geantwortet. Fitnesstudio war super.
leider lag das Hotel nicht sehr an der Innenstadt, und der Bahnhof war auch weit entfernt. Mit großen und schweren Koffern kann der Transport zum Hotel herausfordernd sein.

uncomfortable bed, toilet always stunk/ never flushed properly (and toilet paper was never supplied?)
