Nice apartment just a few tweaks needed…. Ideal location

Stressful and disgusting.

The host seems to have a problem with someone having got hold of the key safe code who uses the property without authority. The bed had been slept in, or used, which I could smell, and the bath towel used and left damp on the bed. There was a pathetic attempt to make it look OK by ‘making’ the bed and poorly folding the towel. As if in a rush to get out quickly. I notice one other reviewer noted that the bedding wasn’t clean, so this might be a problem that has been going on for some time. If the host can’t solve this problem it is a gamble staying here.

Shocking and came close to only staying 1 night

1. Water pouring down the boiler rendering it unsafe and unable to use which also soaked the toilet underneath it. 2. Tiniest shower cubicle known to man and only just able to close the door with myself in there. 3. Furnishings and decoration like something out of the 1980’s. 4 Very rough neighbourhood and dodgy people hanging around out the back. 5. Felt very uneasy and unsafe staying there and worried about the car due to lots of dodgy people outside. 6. Barely any cutlery, glasses, crockery

Location was good for the football. Nothing else was good

Property is not up to standard, black mold in bedroom, food left in cupboards, floors need replacing. Toilet and shower were very tiny had to step over the toilet to shut the door which couldn't be opened all the way as it hit the sink. Dishes left on drainer from previous guests. Advertised as ground floor but there are steps up to the front door which my disabled husband struggled with.

Would happily stay again.

It had everything we needed for the price, easy communication and a good stay. Plenty of extra bedding and an extra bed which was great as we were travelling with a kid. It had everything we would expect for the price point.

The only issue was the WIFI kept cutting out, however we noticed Sky working on the row of houses phone lines, so this did get rectified and wasn't a fault of this property.

Spacious living area. Very comfortable bed. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was very clean.

The toilet and shower rooms were very tiny. There was a bit of wear and tear in a few places such as the kitchen and flooring. There wasn't designated parking for the property, we just had to park on a side street near a garage.

Location is in a dead-end road with a couple of trade workshops/warehouses. Toilet and handbasin are very extremely tight. If you are planning to shave, think again. Ask the owners to show photographs of these otherwise they are misleading potential customers.

Ideal for our weekend trip

The property was ideally located just outside the city centre but easily accessible on a short tram ride. The bedroom was snug but comfy, and the living area was spacious with a large mirror so we were able to get ready there. The kitchen had everything required and the owners communication was brilliant and the guidance provided was easy to understand. We would have considered returning next year but when I checked the price has more than doubled.

The outside area is communal and there was overflowing bins but this is not the properties fault and once inside is quickly forgotten about.

Low priced bed for the night

The bed was comfortable, and basic amenities provided, easy to find and clear instructions given before arrival. It was cheap to stay there and so if your looking for very basic accommodation at a low price its ideal as it is well located with a couple of supermarkets across the road.

The mail hadn't been removed from the entrance to the property, it felt like it was a bit neglected, smells damp on arrival, once i'd sprayed perfume it was ok though. Kitchen and bathroom need updating, the toilet wasn't flushed upon my arrival which I felt is a very basic standard regardless of the cost of the stay.

A great little flat for a stay near the city. Really spacious lounge area, adequate kitchen for basic meal prep, and everything very clean inside the apartment. The host was very helpful and attentive.

The communal area just outside the flat is a little dirty with quite a bit of rubbish lying around.

Ideal apartment for a short stay in Sheffield

Apartment was clean and spacious, ideal if you’re a solo traveller. Easy to find and parking was easy. Also great location with an Aldi and Tesco superstore close by. Host was very accommodating and checked in with me to see if I needed anything.

Saubere und gut gepflegte Ferienwohnung; Lage super zum Einkaufen und Anbindung mit der Straßenbahn zur Innenstadt. In 10 min zu Fuß im Kulturviertel, tolle Kneipen, Konzerte, Kaffees in ehemaligen Stahlfabriken.

Direkte Umgebung der Wohnung nicht angenehm. Hellhörig, laute Nachbarn, sehr schmutzig außerhalb. Die Bedienung der Heizung ist etwas kompliziert
