It was very clean and facilities were perfect for our needs. The host communicated very well prior to our stay .

The location - there was rubbish outside on the floor and I didn't feel comfortable entering/leaving the property alone.

It was all fantastic, only thing is toilet seat not fitting the toilet I nearly lost my life when the toilet seat slipped 😂 but that’s not a bad point

The location was good as we were going to Tramlines festival. The inside of the property was clean and functional and the bed was comfortable. Parking was good too. Communication with the owner was great and we were allowed a slightly earlier check in. It was very reasonably priced for a busy weekend with the festival.
The bins outside the property were overflowing and when we came back late at night there were rats running everywhere. The toilet seat was broken.
