Loved the property!
Extremely spacious and close to town centre
Only issue we had was they hadn’t sent me my check in details even tho I had already checked in online and paid the £20 fee, I had to ring my property host to which she replied I hadn’t previously checked in.

Very good location, very quiet.
It has a TV with player which was nice.
Good room size
The cleaner needs to clean better - I think every now and then a deep cleaning. Also new hotel bedsheets which gets cleaned by a laundry.

It was quite large and felt spacious despite being one room with the adjoining bathroom. The bed was comfortable and large enough. The kitchen was prisons, everything work as expected and easy to use with enough plates, cutlery & cooking pots to cook a real dinner.
The sole downsides are, the springs on the bed were a bit stiff (very minor) and the noise from outside but this is a risk from a street level room, not the fault of the company and certainly not something that would prevent me from staying again.

Amazing location! Literally in the centre of the city.
It was dirty and very dusty. I also didn’t like that there was no iron or hairdryer provided. I was told that this was mentioned in the description and that I should have noticed it when booking, but there is always a lot of text, and things like a hairdryer and an iron usually feel like something that should be standard. I had an important meeting and had no way to iron my clothes. The view from the window was not great either — it was just facing neighbouring windows.
