Good size

Very hot with only a small fan to cool. Bathroom was a bit smelly with a leak in the ceiling and the door jam swollen with water damage. And ants. I did report these issues and the host responded.

Just wouldn't book again personally

It was just disappointing.

Requested so many times to pay for the parking and I had to ring at 11pm at night because no one had replied and we were stuck outside the building. The area is a bit rough . The extractor fan was hanging from the ceiling. The whole building smelt of drugs really badly. The bed covers were scratchy and the bed itself was really uncomfortable. The apartment was boiling hot and a fan that was provided was literally falling apart.

Lovely clean apartment, everything you need

The communication from the host was absolutely outstanding, from the original booking up to departure. The room was very clean and, to be fair, quite spacious, the kitchen area has everything that we needed and the bathroom was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The sofa and chair was also a great addition, nice space to chill The ease of gaining the keys was again very good and also a nice simple process. The location was also very handy

The aren't many negatives to be fair, the only one I can think of is the noise from the underground carpark door, which due to our room location was quite noisy, but again didn't bother us too much.

Well priced, comfortable and brilliant location.

Such a lovely little apartment only a 10 minute walk from Sheffield. Well kept and maintained and even included washing up liquid and tea towels which seems small but was lovely to have as we didn’t need to buy our own. The hosts could not do enough for us to ensure we were comfortable with our stay! Paul and Nina answered all my questions quickly, politely and with such a positive attitude - 10/10 customer service ☺️. Definitely will stay again if I return to Sheffield!

Overall a nice stay

We had 2 rooms in the same complex. Both were clean and had everything we needed. Nice decor. Located within walking distance to the supermarket, casino & a few other shops/ fast food places. Hosts were quick to reply with our questions and very helpful.

The only downfall to the property was the river running alongside, although a lovely touch, we opened the window and could smell sewage. Fortunately the room has air-con so we could control the temperature without having to have the window open. With the window closed there was no unpleasant smell at all, so not a major issue.

Liars but nice

Room was lovely, spacious and exactly what we needed

When booking I got asked if I needed a cot I said yes for my one year old, after checking in and getting to my room there wasn’t one so I rang up and requested one to be sort which replied with we do t have one, so little man had to sleep in bed with us for the first time over night we slept a total of 2 hours, if I knew there wasn’t gonna be one I wouldn’t have booked so if you have a little one don’t book here

Comfortable, convenient and cosy!

Bed was comfy, good space and good location for the arena!

Some areas of the apartment such as the kitchen cupboards were very dirty and some update in the bathroom for cracked tiling/toilet. Parking was a bit of a nightmare as There was no spaces underground left. Otherwise stay was good :)

Absolutely appalling !

The most appalling place I’ve ever stayed in, the host was rude, the management was horrendous I had to wait 1 hour 45 to even enter the properly as no one sent us a code to get in our first room we got put into was absolutely nothing like the picture of the room I booked, and it smelt very badly of sweat it was very dirty and a lot of things was damaged so we moved to another room again nothing like the one we booked slightly better but no way near what we expected and when we spoke to the host on the phone he was rude and tried to make out we was lying I’ve also still not received my deposit back after almost 4 days of leaving the property. Wouldn’t recommend staying here at all I am hoping to receive a full refund on my stay here as I was utterly disappointed !

Nothing. Crap place with hyped prices.

Small, unclean, shabby and water leaks all over. At 3.00 am the room was flooded and j was asked sleep on the floor by the host. Absolutely disgusting hosg who was cheeky and a fraud.
