DO NOT STAY HERE!

Nothing- the apartment was dirty, poorly maintained and not even fully equipped for the 3 people we had booked for.

Dirty- false eyelashes embedded into sofa cover, filthy inside sofa bed, cracked tiles on bathroom floor (& sharp edge protruding), broken blind which couldn't be opened at all, no sheet for sofa bed. TV didn't work & not enough cutlery for 3. No help whatsoever from the accommlodation owner. Messaged straight away & just got a 'sorry' no actual help. Had to go out and buy bedding.

Poor customer service, no heating , uncomfortable, deposit not returned after 2 weeks later

The set up was ok

Drug addicts hovering around the entrance trying to get in at the same time as you . The heating didn’t work, it took hours of complaining up until the middle of the night to get a solution. Bed very uncomfortable.

Very small room, the toilet kept making noise, and neither the air conditioning nor the heating worked. There was never anyone at reception to help either.

The bed was very uncomfortable, mattress felt more like a mattress topper than a mattress only one pillow and quilt was like a piece of paper which wasn’t good as it was freezing

Lovely little space for a couple, great city connections & incredible customer service!!

Lovely space just what we needed as a couple!! Apartment was spotless when we arrived and had a fully functional kitchen (except an oven but that was no issue). Bed was incredibly comfy! Great extras included such as shampoo, conditioner and bodywash, washing up liquid and sponge, 2 fans and a tv with netflix too! There is an Asda just a 3 minute walk away which was very helpful! We checked out on a Sunday and our security deposit was refunded by the following Thursday! Highly recommend!!

The apartment had a bit of an odd cooking smell when we arrived and ventilation wasn’t great to clear this. The shower dials are the wrong way round so took some trial and error to figure out but once we got it all was good! We struggled with parking but a quick call to the property manager who was so lovely and extremely helpful and we were all sorted! Things to note: Kitchen lacks an oven and sharp knives so bare this in mind when planning any meals. Tea towel also not provided. Overall very minor details which really didn’t affect our stay at all!

We had a pleasant stay in a comfortable and clean apartment.

The host responded quickly to any messages and check in /out was easy. The apartment was perfect for our needs , (me, my daughter and granddaughter ). It was clean with nice decor.

there was no bedding provided for the sofa bed except for a small blanket from the main bed. a sheet and a quilt would be an improvement. There is a hob but no oven.
