nice decorated and clean, with everything needed
had to ask twice for the key code, then second time an hour or so after check in time. Thankfully we didn't need access at that time

The area is so quiet, allowing for a peaceful night.
Although the property is a semi detached, absolutely no noise heard from the neighbours.
Parking found very easy directly outside the front of the house.
Great shower.
Lack of pillows on the bed. Would have been lovely to have had two pillows allowing for a better nights sleep.
Could not access many channels on the TV. 3 remotes available but only one seemed to work.

It was only a 12 minute walk to my daughter's house.
If there had been a blind in the bathroom I could have showered before bed (at night, with the bathroom light on I felt people would have been able to see me through the frosted glass). So I showered in the morning instead.

House was overall clean, warm and bedrooms a good size, enclosed garden a bonus as was location next to a good park.

Staying at Christmas 1 shelf in the small fridge and 1 shelf in the oven was woefully inadequate to cater for 5 people. There could have been more kitchen equipment - 2 saucepans not enough. A very small narrow galley kitchen meant cooking was a challenge.
The washing machine was dirty.
