Enjoyable, clean, well presented house.

It was only a 12 minute walk to my daughter's house.

If there had been a blind in the bathroom I could have showered before bed (at night, with the bathroom light on I felt people would have been able to see me through the frosted glass). So I showered in the morning instead.

It worked perfectly for us , everything we needed was provided and the Morrisons Express and record shop across the road

The TV control largely was not straight forward to me but I was able to watch BBC1

Quiet, clean and convenient.

Perfect for a self-catering weekend- close to Meersbrook park and there's a handy small shop over the road. Parking is easy. We have stayed 3 times now, visiting family nearby. In summer, we liked the patio area and garden.

It was somewhere to stay as a family, but it was a challenge with mobility issues

very close to the Morrison's local (across the road), quiet area, you can have almost anything delivered to the house in about 20 mins so if you don't want to cook, that's OK, decent garden

As family of 5 adults, 2 in their 70's, 2 in their 50's, 1 in 20's, getting to and from the house was awkward, parking was on the street outside and access to the house was steep with high steps and incomplete hand rails, the front steps into the house were high and no hand rails, steps into the rear again no hand rail. Getting to the bedrooms was a challenge as there was no hand banister on the stairs and a child gate at the top to around. The beds are set in a frame (like a picture frame type of thing) that is uncomfortable to get in and out of.

Property had everything we needed. Spotless with comfy beds. Very convenient with Morrisons on doorstop. Would definitely book again.

Very pleasant stay. The perfect location to relax in after a busy day racing at a sporting festival.

Very clean and perfectly serviceable house well situated for a short break in the city. The bath was particularly good! The owner was great and very flexible, enabling us to check in early before heading to take part in a sporting event.

A nice house but could be improved easily with a better fridge and kitchen equipment

House was overall clean, warm and bedrooms a good size, enclosed garden a bonus as was location next to a good park. good shower.

Staying at Christmas 1 shelf in the small fridge and 1 shelf in the oven was woefully inadequate to cater for 5 people. There could have been more kitchen equipment - 2 saucepans not enough. A very small narrow galley kitchen meant cooking was a challenge. The washing machine was dirty.

Great location, very comfortable and warm. Would definitely go back.

Very good location, easy parking and great facilities on the door step.

My only comment, there was only one key to lock and open both the front and back doors. No facility to unlock doors from the inside without a key. As three friends, this was difficult if we weren’t all together

A great house for up to five people

This is the third time I’ve been here Wonderful big house in a great quiet neighbourhood Has a small mini market just across the road very close to public transport Lots of on road parking available Plenty of bedrooms good kitchen and dining room cooking facilities and washing machine WiFi and television Toilets shower and bath and a small garden to sit in if the weather allows
