Jacuzzi bath was great, tv with extra channels, it was really clean and beds comfortable. Easy parking

Not luxury like described one bedroom didn’t have a door. Walls and floors are very thin. Needs some tlc

Me and my family enjoyed staying here absolutely smashed it first time in Sheffield close to city centre and lovely place to stay would love to come again clean comfortable and plenty of room for my family ps loved jacuzzi my 5 year old couldn’t get her out of it defo book again

The location was close to the family wedding venue. This is the best thing about the property.

The steps are too steep. I have knee pain and same for one of the guests ( knee replacment), going to bedrooms was not easy every night. Moreover, when I booked the house it was advertised as a 'luxury' five bedroom house. After they took the money from my account, the host has removed the word 'luxury'from the description. I checked the recent reviews, and they stated that one of the bedrooms has no door (, I ended up sleeping there as it was difficult for me to climb the stairs to the second floor). I contacted the host and Booking.com to inquire regarding this removal if the luxurious aspect, and asked whether the reviews where accurate. They refused to refund me, the host dodged answering the questions regarding the issues raised in reviews written by recent guests on Booking.com. So, we accepted that we will have to face the reality as Booking.com were not helpful in protecting our rights. The host has ignored ourt msg via Booking asking about checkin te, as we were travelling from London and West Midlands and needed to plan our travel, as the wedding was on the day of checking in. I had contacted Booking.com custer services till after 11:00 p.m.the night before our travel and they could not get in touch with the host. Massive stress was caused due to lack of communication. Anyway, the house is NOT luxury at all, the bathroom toilet seating was broken, making using bathroom inconvenient. One of the bedrooms has no door, so no privacy. The child was crying during the night and we could not sleep. There are few holes in the landing of first floor stairs, we heard rats running all night. The host kept sending msg whenever we have guests visiting asking how many people stay in the property? We checked out at 10:00 p.m. , that is 12 hours before our checking out time. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT.
