Was in a good location for where we was going on nights out
There was a leak on the shower tray that tripped all electric to our sockets however was sorted in the morning but Clemons who came round the next morning

Disappointing
first night no heating no hot water so we couldn’t shower then they change us to different place where the lights and sockets was not working until next day electrician fix it. they should fix there property before taking guest really disappointing

RAT INFESTED TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. AVOID!!!!
Property had rats running around which we caught on video. The owner responded by putting down several rat traps when we complained which left us with the horrible anticipation of finding a dead rat in the trap! The plates in the cupboard were covered in mould which was really unappetising and one of the toilets didn't flush. The Boiler didn't fire up and we had to call out the engineer twice who was unable to fix the problem during our stay. Terrible experience overall, please avoid at all costs! Have requested a refund but the property is refusing to engage with us or respond to emails.

Terrible experience
The house was okay, it was clean.
They changed the accommodation at the very last minute citing some maintenance issues. The new accommodation had a broken window, when we enquired about it they said it's totally fine. They took a security deposit of 200 pounds. I had to call them at least 10 times to get the deposit back. It took 33 days after the stay to return the security deposit. Every time I call them they make some excuse. The staff are not at all helpful. They say they are in a meeting and will call you back but they never do.
