Cosy flat but not a great location. Not ideal for the solo female visitor.

Th studio is spacious, comfortable, warm and clean. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a large table for working or eating at and plenty of power sockets.

The location is down quite a dark side street. I arrived after dark and it was difficult to see the numbers on the key pad to gain entry to the building. As a solo female arriving in the evening it felt a bit unsafe. One inside, the front door to the apartment was not well lit and was not particularly secure. There is no door chain or way to view who is outside the door without opening it. It is quite noisy, there was a constant sound like air conditioning but no air conditioning facility operable by the person staying. There’s quite a lot of noise from the street, bottles being tipped out for recycling. The apartment is overlooked and it is necessary to have the curtains closed at all times to have any privacy. It’s too dark without any lights on, but the net curtains were not adequate on their own to afford privacy.

Modern Apartment in prime city location

easy instructions to access the property, everything went smoothly. The apartment is light and modern and everything you need is there. Very clean and tidy, beds extremely comfortable and plenty of room on the sofa for all of us to sit on

A few little issues with the under floor heating not working in all rooms but this was fine as the remaining rooms kept the apartment warm.

Handy for the University

A spacious, comfortable apartment in a convenient location. Not disturbed by street noise even though it was busy outside on the Saturday. Restaurants and grocery shops within a couple of minutes walk. Handy for the University. Check in was straightforward and communication from the company was great.

Car parking is challenging - under the building, quite tight spaces and reverse parking only, but I did expect that.

The next time we visit Sheffield, we will surely stay here again.

the bed was very comfortable and the location is strategic. There are restaurants and shops around. We really appreciate the living area space. The Kitchen facility is also very much appreciated - we used the microwave, fridge, plates/glass/cutleries.

We were not able to open the balcony, the key was not working. It's okay though. It's our first time to stay in a hotel wherein we need to throw the trash ourselves. Probably because it is really not a hotel, but more of an apartment.

Location was perfect quiet area with tesco just down the road for food. the property was clean and modern lots of room in the bedrooms and lounge area.

Perfect flat for. group of friends. Bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and modern. Kitchen and lounge area huge space for socialising and eating meals. Very quiet street so no noise at night.

it was mentioned toiletries were provided however between 6 people we had 2 sachets of shampoo and conditioner . Luckily we brought our own. There is also a boots across the road if you did forget anything. more places to hang up coats and towels would be good.

Fuss free key collection. Great location along one of the main streets of Sheffield. Near a Tesco Express and walking distance from Sainsbury's. Rooms were extremely comfortable and clean with a pleasant smell. Well equipped kitchen including dishwasher soap tablets. Would stay again for sure.

Bedrooms face the main street so you may still hear the sound of traffic despite the double walled windows. May also hear noisy people out at night. If you open the windows to air the house during the day, you may smell car fumes.

Clean, spacious central apartment

The apartment was very spacious, particularly the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Everywhere was clean, including communal areas, and it was great to have the parking option. Nicely decorated, it was perfect for our needs as somewhere to relax and be able to cook at home. Communication with the hosts was great, and they were very helpful and accommodating. The check-in instructions were very clear, and easy to follow.

The only minor issue was that the bedroom curtains were very light - a bit darker would help in summer months. It was noisier on the Friday night, but I wasn't bothered by that, and felt it was a fair trade for being so close to amenities, which was helpful.

Feels like home

I have loyalty to this place and i love the management who always are very fast to reply to any questions I might have and solve any issues that might arise promptly.

Lovely City Centre break

The apartment was super clean and the bed and sofa very comfortable. The decor was very nice. I had a bathroom with a bathtub and plentiful hot water which was very welcome for a nice relaxing soak after a long day.

Comfy, spacious, very little street noise despite proximity to rowdy venues. Staff tried promptly to address a ventilation issue in the bathroom.
