Not clean, the floor is full with dust and the toilet stinks The previous person who stayed has left something. The bed matters wasn’t properly folded.

Awful place to stay and hadn't been cleaned

Tiny room Mattress was uncomfortable, when I arrived the bed was unmade and the sheets and towels were dirty!! No amenities and no use of the shared kitchen, also no parking Dirty rusty shower, dirty wardrobe No bin No tv No microwave No kettle No desk chair Also no phone signal , like at all!!! Overpriced and awful place to stay !! Highly recommend booking elsewhere

Dirty, overpriced, no soap or toilet paper, flooded shower.

The room was dirty, sheets smelled of stale sweat as did the bathroom. No toilet paper was provided nor soap of any kind. The shower flooded and the room was boiling hot and noisy. Be aware, these are STUDENT ACCOMMODATIONS that are being marketed as self service apartments. This should be disclosed from the outset. One of the worst stays I've ever experienced - only stayed one of the nights. When I complained to Jade, a guest relations rep basically fobbed me off with a 'we understand your concerns. best wishes' - no apology or acknowledgement of the issues.

I loved how kind the staff were from the first moment at the place, the location was great and the modern pretty modern as well. Also, I appreciated they provide u bedding and soap options to welcome you during your stay!

I’d only say one thing related to the booking.com experience, and that might be the delay in addressing some issues or unclear possibilities of what to do in the property.

Good people help back by poor tech systems

The staff were friendly and helpful, even considering the issues they were having with the system. Location was fine and the room itself was fine. Beds were clean and comfy. Was a university dorm really. Bed, desk and tiny bathroom/shower all in touching distance of each other.

The system the company uses had some problems. First I was shown to an occupied room, then I was made to wait an hour till the next room was available (apparently the rooms were mixed up). I was given several keys that did not open the room. At no point in the stay did I have a working room key. Instead I had to go ask the concierge to escort and let me in. Other than that, please consider replacing the leaky and rusted shower hose. I believe this company needs an overhaul in processes and policies to trust your staff to solve issues without tying their hands.

Fantastic facilities and location. Perfect for a long weekend.

Great location and facilities. We each had our own bedroom and ensuite bathroom and full access to a kitchen. We stayed whilst attending Tramlines festival and the perfect place to stay for that.

Only fault was check in, as the host failed to send check in details. However, they apologised and this was quickly resolved, so we still got into the property fine.

Very good value for money in a great location

Great space and location. Lots of storage, private bathroom. Pretty quiet considering it's a student building in the city centre. Soft bedding.

They ask you to remove your rubbish but don't provide any bins. Towels are tiny. Shower drain was blocked and smelly, almost flooded the bathroom

Excellent area for a number of people with separate rooms and a common area so the best of both worlds.

There were no keys in the lock box on arrival and we had to have security let us in each time that night until we got keys the next morning.

Incredible value for money. Ideal set up for our reunion with common area and en-suite facilities. Central location. Very supportive admin staff who were friendly and helpful.

very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would stay there again if we go back to Sheffield

we were 3 female members of family travelling together so it was nice for each of us to have our own room and shower. easy access and checkout and quiet location close to centre of town. near to supermarket and tram stop.

very niggly points - would have liked a towel in kitchen area and as I don't have a smartphone did not receive all instructions about leaving property.

Good value and great location for us

Lovely and spacious, and mostly (bar one room) very clean. The communication with the Bailey Fields team was excellent.

Of the five rooms, one was quite unclean (unflushed toilet, mess on the floor - needed a hoover, etc) - this didn't bother us as we only needed three rooms, but may be useful for us to mention to you. It would have been helpful to know that there wouldn't be towels, toilet paper (we had about half a roll, some rooms didn't have any) or soap just so we could have come more prepared, but we appreciate there being washing up liquid, mugs, and kitchenware.
