This was a self-contained room with own bathroom. There is no kitchen here as all the rooms were converted into ensuite. I needed somewhere to rest after a charity walk. It is practically in the town centre, very close to shops.
I found getting in a bit tricky, the code at the door didn't work. I had returned at 2:00 am after doing the Rotherham Midnight Hospice Walk. The backup is a key that can be accessed via another code. I had to knock until someone let me in.

Good location, short walk (good rail bus network,(Doncaster Sheffield etc). basic ,quiet, clean, comfortable, and above all! Tremendous value,( best around) everything I need!!! For a short,(or longer stay). Excellent. Charles.
For the money I paid I could not fault this property, plus,I found the host very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
