Convenient central location ideal for attending event at Sheffield utility arena . Spacious and clean. Excellent value.

It would have been helpful to know access arrangements in advance ie that I would be sent door access codes and info on how to get room key shortly before check in time. However, once I had made contact, staff were responsive. Would be nice to have hairdryer, kettle and mini fridge in room

Have d to find, but surprisingly quiet. Clean but cold

The room was very clean. And modern It was quiet and had a good rest

I didn’t see any staff until I was leaving. There were no cups available near the hot drink machine. The room was freezing and there was no heating in the bathroom 🥶 And sorry but the entrance was so hard to find

Lovely and clean , staff were amazing!

The bathroom light was on a timer, so it was really difficult to have a shower, I kept having to wave my hand to be able to see , everything else was lovely though!

Absolute bargain

Absolutely fab facilities, can't complain for £50 🙌🏽 bargain. Parking is a bit sketchy, we parked we hope for free in the open car park next door, it was a Saturday to Sunday. The owner was so lovely and helpful. Would stay again for sure!

Close to the train station, had plenty shops and places to eat, it was clean smelt new! Hopefully we will go back again

Bed was just springs, not for disabled, stairs extremly steep, no parking, smell from take away, no kettle or fridge which i asked for,wifi is bad so tv does'nt work, again lot of noise from take aways, smelly alley way entrance, would have left and asked for refund

Pretty good tbh

The room was great, perfect silence and not too hot. Clean bedding and a good shower. Power and USB power next to the bed, lamp too. The property is obviously half way through a refurb, but if you ignore the hallway/reception being rebuilt the rooms are great. Those skylights are on the upper floor are REALLY going to need either tints or blinds in the summer though, or the rooms will be VERY hot during our increasingly hot summers.

They do not wash bedding in hypoallergenic detergent. I've started to become allergic to some washing detergents. I showered every morning so the rash was minor, it was fully gone by Monday (My last night being Sun/Mon). But it's expected hotels use hypoallergenic washing facilities. Also perhaps put a placard or note in rooms with the wireless password, I couldn't by bothered going down to the takeaway and asking for the wifi so used my phones 5g - decent signal btw. You can't hear/smell the take away in the rooms at all, so that's great.

Was locked out due to not being given main door key and was robbed card phone cash all stolen

I was not giving 2 keys led to me falling asleep outside bnb I was robbed contacted the bnb been very evasive weeks later I say I am going to police he now reply to come down to see cctv I wanted a refund and was ignored

There wasn't any breakfast as it was above a takeaway shop they said that the name was a company so didn't get any thing to eat there was no fan and it was red hot there wasn't any facilities for a coffee
