Random people manage to gain access causing scary noises and screaming been made and police avenging to come out 3 times

The room was very clean. And modern
It was quiet and had a good rest
I didn’t see any staff until I was leaving.
There were no cups available near the hot drink machine.
The room was freezing and there was no heating in the bathroom 🥶
And sorry but the entrance was so hard to find
