Mortified, un clean and dam disgusting.

The male on reception was very friendly and polite.

I have never stayed in such an un hygienic room in all my life. There was endless mould in the bathroom, dirty marks on the walls, a big stain of red blood on the mattress, a sign that said beware of mosquitoes when going up the Stairs to the room, a dirty smell in the main room and a smoking smell in the bathroom. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a room in all my life. It felt more like an emergency or long-term accommodation facility than a hotel, which wasn’t disclosed at booking.

Very pleasant hotel/lodge with lovely staff

It was freshly decorated so it is nice and bright with nice pictures on stairwell and in the room. The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were very, very comfortable , best sleep we’ve had for a while. There is a kettle for making tea & coffee Good walk in shower in the en-suite, very hot water! The staff are very polite, friendly and very helpful, if you needed anything they replied very quickly to messages. It’s only a 20 minute walk (uphill for a good bit) from Rotherham Railway Station. There are lots of takeaways close by, which you can take back and eat in your room. (We found an amazing little Italian restaurant just round the corner which has amazing food and friendly atmosphere)

There’s no lift, so if stairs trouble you this is not for you.

Great stay!

Room was clean, smelled nice, staff were extremely helpful. Bed was super comfortable.

It's in Rotherham. I thought it was nearer the city centre which is what I was looking for and I don't know Sheffield or the surrounding area at all. For the room itself, maybe change the lighting to softer hues rather than the cold white lights.

Worth to stay with family and for business purpose

I am a business traveller and need accommodation for two nights per week while working at the office. I commute from Liverpool, and after staying in most of the hotels in Rotherham, I finally found an excellent place where I intend to continue staying for the coming months. The hotel offers spacious and comfortable family rooms, and a major advantage is that there is a fine restaurant located diagonally opposite the property, offering halal food options. The shower facilities are exceptional, with excellent water pressure, and the complimentary coffee is of very good quality. Fresh towels are always provided, and the room is consistently clean and comfortable. Overall, the hotel offers great value for the money paid.

Can be a bit loud around 10 pm some nights due to the boxing gym across the street. It's fine once they've all gone though

Cheap, but rundown

Bed was comfortable and there was tea/coffee available in the room. The on street parking was free overnight.

It wasn’t very clean, there was a bug on my pillow and squished bugs on the walls. The blinds don’t block out the light from outside. There was a light missing in the ceiling. There was loads of rubbish on the street outside the building which made it feel rundown, it definitely doesn’t look like the photo.

Nice and quiet area, could do with a full deep clean in rooms, parking is abit of a headache. But, great value for what

Felt modern and was quiet.

Cleanliness of some areas (Shower cubicle had mold on seals). The bed sheets had some stains on (Orange marks). The curtains had dirt all across the bottom of them (Instilled) and some form of chewing gum/glue stuck on one of them; they also didn’t close the whole way so it shined in light through some of the morning. Parking! Received a parking ticket as I was told where I could park was “All okay and we have cameras” but then to receive a parking ticket next morning….

Looking forward to my bext stay

The building was really nice with many features kept. Shower was excellent a full range of temps High cotton tread count bed linen. Pillows were good, towels too. Decor simple and nice A nice walk to town and feels the right distabce away

Matress protector required but i went on the 1st cold day so i cant blame them, or aln over blanket. I ddnt use the radiator looked complex. Busy road on both sides of the building.

Staff were very welcoming the bed was very comfortable. With tea and coffee available. Stains on bed sheets and towels. Marks on bathroom floor and shower. Handle on the bedroom door fell off.

Could have been cleaner. Curtains would be good as blinds were broke and let in light. We had a fan which was great.

Highly recommend

Staying at this hotel has been a truly pleasant experience for me. The room is clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent - close to the train station as well as bus routes to get to Sheffield and Meadowhall. Most importantly, the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I’m here on a short-term work assignment, and they’ve gone above and beyond to ensure my stay is comfortable and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

Finish of paintwork, shower leaked at shower head, lots of light coming through window, as blinds didn't block out light well enough. No secure parking. Parked on road opposite accommodation and car was OK for overnight stop.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly. The only one think I didn't like it, its missing piece of curtains (when you turn on lights , people from the road can see what are you doing in the room, no 4.). Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure!

Clean bed & a shower, nice staff, ok for a night

Staff was very nice,welcoming and helpful. Bed and the towel I got was nice and clean. Room all in white, looks bright..would be even better with clean walls 😉

Had to climb on chair to open the window. Walls have been rather dirty, could do with touch up painting. Some coat hangers would be nice

Not good with a family

Speed of the internet is very fast and the Netflix is working properly.

Location is not safe for family, close to town center but in an endustrial zone where there are factories, offices, companies, etc. There is no parking.

Hotel room clean but area not the best

The bedroom was clean and a good size. Tv was good and fan was a nice touch as the room was very warm.

The area the hotel is in is not the greatest. If your room is on the ground floor then you might not get much sleep as there is always people outside the rooms at night time sometimes until 2am. I did not want to complain as I did not want to bother anyone. Did not see any staff to complain to in the mornings or evenings.

Cheap, and very basic.

It was close to the bus stop

Some residents were not self-paying guests and appeared to be refuges or hostel inmates. Some seemed to hang around the entrance in the evenings. This was quite off putting and scary.
