Excellent value stay with fabulous welcoming staff,in a great location for our trip to an event at the Sheffield Arena.
The rooms were. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming , working really hard to make a relaxing experience.

The radiator pipes in the room kept banging during the night, the radiator needed bleeding or something (room 29 in the Brentwood)

This hotel is great value for money, the lady on the front desk will always go above and beyond to help! Great location
Its location, the fact that there is a restaurant on site, a good price for an overnight stay, lovely friendly ladies on the reception desk and taking food orders!
Very hot water which took some fiddling with so could have a shower, no air conditioning so it got hot at night, a hard bed (it's just my opinion, the rest of my friends were fine with their beds), but of a grumpy guy on front desk!

Great place, super building and excellent staff. Shame about Booking.com being absolutely useless
The building is lovely with a super bar and restaurant. The staff were superbly helpful and kind. My business meetings were facilitated well.
Booking.com are completely bloody useless. If you ever have the misfortune of trying to use their customer services system, just don't bother. My best advice would be to deal with the hotel directly and avoid this useless bunch of priXXs. Unless you enjoy and have the time to deal with AI Bots that seem to have nothing to offer

Perfect for our stay great pub excellent food very good value lovely room very clean quiet great location would recommend without a doubt breakfast was superb lovely layout and exceptional service thankyou guys highly recommended x

Unfortunately the breakfast starts a little bit too late for us at 8 oclock as we are fishermen and we are up and out for 745
