Staff were so friendly and so accommodating! We travelled with our 11 month old baby and they couldn’t do enough to help!
Nothing. If I’m being picky it was noisy but we knew this when we booked due to the location!

The location was great room was very comfortable size for family and hotel very child friendly
Under the sink leaked in our bathroom and cleaning just missed bits ie cobwebs in bedroom and lit scum on doors in bathroom but that is probably moisture

Two maintenance staff members fixed the dripping air conditioner. They were good natured and efficient. The bed was very comfortable.
All rooms are designated non smoking but I thought that the room had a smell of cigarette smoking. The front desk and room service didn’t pick up their phones so I had to go back downstairs. They couldn’t offer an alternative room. The air conditioner began dripping making an area of floor wet. This time room service picked up the phone and the issue was sorted. The carpet showed signs the air conditioner dripping wasn’t a new problem
