More than enough rooms for our big family

Location: near city center, near stadium, near shops .. The house: more than enough beds for the whole family of 5. carpark: readily available

The rooms at lower floor (Living room, Dining, kitchen) was quiet chilly on the 1st and 2nd day. They become warmer & comfortable later days. The rest of the rooms are nice & warm. Thats all.

Clean spacious house

The property had ample space and the colours were all matching. Nice prints on the walls. Bathroom was a good size and had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel plus a hairdryer. Nice towels and plenty of them. Good size bedrooms with nice clean bedding. Heating worked well and lots of hot water.

Some of the rooms could do with a refresh of paint and some minor repairs or upgrades. The toilet door on the top floor didn't shut, and the door hinges could do with some WD40. One of the taps in the top floor bathroom didn't work, so no hot water to wash your hands. There wasn't a welcome book, like you get in other properties. This would have been helpful to supplement the instructions sent via Booking.com for how to working the heating, whether to strip the beds etc.

Ideal for students

Lots of room, good location.

Poor kitchen, oven needs cleaning, oven door doesn't close have to prop shut, no baking trays. Loose banisters but need because very steep stairs. A student house rather than a family one.

Great location house for groups

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here now. The location was absolutely perfect for us... So close to the city centre and having a parking permit was really helpful. The size of the property is great, for the 6 of us with 2 couples, it meant that our 2 single friends could have their own rooms. The owner was very very helpful, communication before, during and after has been great.

Cleanliness wasn't great but any issues have been conveyed to the owner and dealt with really efficiently. Thank you to the owner.

Location was great

House was not clean, windowsills were sticky, beside locker had rubbish in them from previous guests. Shower was terrible, spitting out barely any water. And beds were terrible, could feel every spring everytime you moved.

Can pass for a one night stay, not more.

The location of the house was superb, and I can't fault it. Walking distance to corner shops and directly opposite to the stadium. Will be good for football stay.

The floors were uneven. There is only one bathroom to 5 bedrooms. That is a real problem. There is a small toilet upstairs but only has a toilet and a sink. People need to wake up early to queue for the bathroom. It's not the best for a holiday!! A narrow passage to the room in the roof, be careful when going through. You can bang your head! Oh, I forgot the slats in the bed in the roof are not in the best of shapes. Spent two nights sleeping on the floor as that was more secured than the bed.

Had a problem with heating the lady came and fixed same day. Shops and takeout food really close Easy to get taxis etc Would stay again as affordable, good location.

Neighbours were noisy. Sounded like a group of men up until 5am. Someone knocked on our door during the night.

Great host, very accomodating!

Location was great with plenty of parking out front and parking permits were supplied. Just a short Uber to the town centre! House was well equiped and clean, even had some milk and bicuits on arrival.

The shower lacked power and a consistent level of warmth.

Booked this place as we were staying to watch the snooker and it has a pool table, except it doesn't! Was a big part of why we booked it. The way the house is finished is akin to student housing- the house is less than half as nice as the pictures so fair play to the photographer I guess.

I changed the people coming with me as my husband was ill. Overall it meant we had one additional baby with us but we were charged a lot more money for this. It was about £250 more which made it very expensive.

fab location, great value, but a few details made it feel more like a student house than the fab property we were hoping

Location was good. great use of space in the property. Great value.

sadly the host had had a problem with the previous guests. this meant that some essentials were missing and had not been replaced (1 wine glass for 6 people). also cleanliness was not really up to scratch - grill pan was very greasy, we found a couple of things left by the prior group under the sofa, so clearly there had not been a deep clean between groups. the handrail leading up to the top floor was loose, one of the taps on the bathroom wash basin was very loose. totally understand the issues were unfortunate due to the previous group, but I would have expected cleanliness and provision of glassware to have been checked and addressed.

Spacious, good location for getting to the training facility and town. Very quick responsive owner and endeavours to deal with any issues you may have straight away. Owner ensure they always communicate with you leading up to your stay. Overall we had a lovely 2 nights stay

super comfy beds, brilliant facilities, 10 mins from the center, you can legit order everything off Uber eats to the location!😂 very clean and tidy- would a thousand percent recommend!

Only one front door key when there were 6 of us - not a problem as we only stayed short weekend, but would be inconvenient if staying longer and coming and going different times. No curtain /blind in one room - already mentioned to host.
