Overall we were quite satisfied with the room and hotel. Staff was friendly. The location was great--centrally located and right next to the Metro and down the street from the Perrache intercity train station.
A couple of notes, one of which was out of the hotel's control. It was unusually warm during our April stay and the government regulations prevented the hotel from activating the Air Con. We slept with the windows open, which had no screens, so we were a banquet for some mosquitoes. Also, we were on the top floor and our room was actually up an additional flight of stairs on the inside of the secure room door, so if you have mobility limitations, you should avoid the upper floor.
We did not partake in the hotel meals.
Otherwise everything about the room was as it should be, clean, pleasant, well-maintained. Would recommend.

Hôtel is in a good location on a shopping street. The car park is very handy but please don’t come in an suv as it is small. Everywhere is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good but there are many other options nearby.
