A good hotel for a decent price in a good location.

Location is good! If you are a walker then everything is within a walking distance. In-house garage is also a good thing since you don't have to worry about where to park. Price is also adequate.

There is not much to say - you get what you pay for. I would have appreciated free paring on site but 15EUR/night is not so bad either.

room is small dont expect walking space locations is excellent near everything breakfast was offered but i didnt take it there are so many boulagneries around

Delightful hotel with wonderful amenities in good proximity to metro/trams.

The hotel easy to get to from the airport via the metro/trams. The room was clean and comfortable, and I was so thankful for the air conditioning given the hot weather. This hotel was set up more like ones I am used to in the USA, with towels, plugs/outlets near the beds, a breakfast included, etc. The staff was friendly and provided great ideas about what to go see and do - I spent a lovely evening in Lyon between larger portions of my trip. Speaking of the breakfast, it was wonderful and provided a wide range of choices including gluten-free bread…the first I’ve seen in a hotel in Europe. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!!

Nothing. The only disappointment was finding out there weren’t many restaurants or night life in the immediate area.

Quiet room and there was gel in the shower (compared to my stay on the 5th floor). Staff, as always, exceptional!

Dirtier floors, no water pressure in the shower (I tried ALL the settings) - again, compared to my stay in the triple room

Clean room, nice shower, good matress, excellent staff at reception, breakfast and helpful housekeeping. Like the code system for entering the rooms.

No regular curtains, so it was either block the sunlight or be in view of possible onliokers ;) Also, the bed is positioned next to the window.

Staff at chek-in was unreliable and unpleasant (except the evening guy, accomodating)

Newly renovated, clean basic nice design.

1) Incomprehensible why staff at reception told me that the garage was fully occupied. I personally checked and found 6 (six) available places. Because of my resolution I was admitted (15 extra euro). 2)This hotel should NOT be lusted ad with EV charger: the only existing point delivered 10A/2kW, less than a domestic Schuko! They also asked additional 16 euro, but I refused, was outrageous! 3) late at night a code is necessary to get in. The code given to me did not work. Luckily I could enter via the garage (with a different code).

Breakfast was various and good. We appreciated the position with respect to the center by a pleasant walking and the tram/subway at few minutes as fast alternative.

The staff was considerate. They cleaned our room everyday and gave us clean towel daily.

The room was pretty dark. The plaster on the walls was patched up with duct tape. The walls were dusty. The heating was working poorly and, as a consequence, it was cold the entire time.

A bit disappointed that I couldn't find an available parking in the hotel's parking place as the reservation in advance was not possible. The towels for the 2nd person was missing when arrived in the room but provided later following my request.
