    Room was clean and relatively comfortable with a nice view, and the bathroom was of a good size. Free filtered water available at the lobby. Location is central with easy access to several public transport options. It’s also possible to walk to many tourist attractions, but the neighborhood around the hotel didn’t feel super safe. The streets weren’t clean and the area just isn’t representative of the charming city of Lyon. We weren’t able to check in early even though we arrived only half an hour before the regular check in time, but we were able to store our luggage for free. Staff members were generally fine, but the check out process was rather disappointing because the staff was rude.
