Very different 😒

The hotel is in a good location not far away from the big Westfield mall and 1 km away from train station

Ohhh … the room is very small and the shower is very small as well , two small towels for two people nothing more .. very noise during the day coming from toilet and cold inside of the room ( December) the air conditioning is doesn’t work more than +18 C

Good value, comfortable room, great breakfast

I have stayed in different "levels" of IBIS hotels and this one was a higher quality for me. The size of the bed and room was quite good. The bathroom/shower was a decent size and there was space to put our luggage in the room. Some of the games in the lobby were fun, especially the pinball machine! There was also billiards and foosball. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, a lot of variety and good quality of food. The dining area also had plenty of space to move around. There were several dining options within a short walk, so it was easy to find dinner.

We thought we were booking the IBIS that was very close to the train station but we were wrong, so it was a bit of a walk with our luggage to reach the station. I was a little surprised to see a homeless person sleeping right outside the hotel main door. While it didn't feel dangerous, it was a little uncomfortable to see.

A sufficient well located gem

My room was clean and sufficient. The check in and out were smooth. The staff was excellent.

Location was excellent for us, as walking distance from main train station at Lyon Part Dieu. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Towels were thin and one of the two we had was ripped, however was replaced when asked immediately. Shower facilities had mould on ceiling and in grout, but was otherwise clean. Pillows were very flat and provided no support for sleep. Could possibly do with upgraded pillows.

Very centric, affordable and quite clean. They were super open to us arriving early and leaving a little late with no issue. It's close to the train station by walk and close to the metro stations.

Its clean, basic and affordable. I’d recommend it for a short stay if travelling by train as it’s close to the main train station and restaurants at the large shopping centre. There is also an amazing food market hall across the road.

There were quite a few homeless people around the entry, I am not sure the area would feel comfortable walking around in the area alone after dark. The room and bathroom are quite small so I’d recommend it for short stays only. It would be good if they could provide tissues in the room.

Not Bad but traveller need to think before booking it

Overall had good experience to stay here. But there was few problem that I think I should mention so other visitors will be prepared before selecting this hotel. Please keep in mind they will not provide any inside sleeper, no comb, no brush and toothpaste, no shaving kit and no night gown. There was only soap solution with multiple feature. The same soap for hair wash, face wash and body wash. It was very funny for me.
