A beautiful building near the train station. Room really comfortable and a magnificent view
Only one working lift from the ground floor to the 32nd floor. No obvious signs for a stairwell

excellent staff: very welcoming, friendly, competent and professional.
breakfast: nice selection of food and very pleasant breakfast location.
comfortable room: very convenient appliances, eg plenty of electrical sockets in various points of the room.
the entrance access (several doors closed) and access to the lifts (one of two broken down) were rather restricted and complicated.

Modern, comfortable, helpful staff, great view..
The price of drinks in the hotel bar was astronomical, even for a hotel with a decent view. £6.50 for a 25cl beer simply cannot be justified.

The area around the Hotel was very quiet in the evenings . Not many restaurants or cafes . A long walk into the City.
A convenient tram stop outside the hotel , but does not run into the city. A
