Room view, breakfast. Helpful staff.

The view from the windows and the reception personnel, who was kind and helpful.
The room was cold and we could not raise the temperature, and we ended up being uncomfortably cold throughout the night. Also arriving later than midnight, entering the hotel was a bit weird.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson. It was a birthday surprise getaway, and the hotel was more than accommodating in making the trip as memorable as the view! The room was spectacular - on the top floor overlooking Lyon and the mountains. Clean sheets, great amenities and the bathroom was very good too. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options available, plus you could order additional items with the staff. You couldn't beat sipping a coffee on the 32nd floor overlooking this wonderful city. 10/10 would recommend for couples.
Access from Lyon airport was very straight forward too - just grab the express tram and it's a 30min ride to the centre, then a 10min walk to the hotel.

Room was very comfortable and spacious.
Staff very helpful and friendly
The area around the Hotel was very quiet in the evenings . Not many restaurants or cafes . A long walk into the City.
A convenient tram stop outside the hotel , but does not run into the city. A

Even i did like the hotel at first but the hell i went through with hotel regarding my refundable deposit cancelled all the feelings. And i still waiting for my deposit!
I don’t think they have a proper system in place and the staffs are not communicating with each other. When i needed some proof of documentation they are not able to provide. How sad!

Good location
Terrible customer service attitude Booked and paid 3 people in room 2 towels, 2 mugs tried calling reception but always got busy signal.. when asked at check out if we had a good stay i mentioned the towels, no apology but the comment surely reception wasn’t busy all night… check in at 3pm for everybody was diabolical with some customers getting really upset as the que and wait time was very long seems a terrible system with everybody turning up before 3 waiting in lounge and then all queing at 3 to check in …

Great location , good breakfast, most staff nice
Hopelessly understaffed over weekend we were there. First day the room was given a very minimal clean, second day the room was not cleaned at all after supervisor had entered room to inspect cleaning, we were told they would be back in 5 minutes, we then finally chased staff at 5.30 pm and they grudgingly came and made bed no sheets changed entire visit and gave clean towels water we insisted the room had not been cleaned . At 8pm we had a knock on door asking if we would like cleaning we said yes the woman left my wife holding door open when asked if she coming back she was told indignetly yes that was the last we’re saw or heard from her .

Great location and spacious rooms! Great view! 5 min from train station. And next to Westfield shopping mall!
Bathroom smelly..drain pipe..Hotel is on 32nd floor so if u don’t have fear of heights it’s perfect

What this hotel should tell you is that the reception is on floor 30 so your room will be on 31+ which means the views are sensational.
If coming from the station do follow the advice of going through the shipping centre, it is a lot easier and quick.

Noise all night in the building meant I couldn't sleep. One of the blinds was broken in my room. Shower not well designed and so water went everywhere

Great view from hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Bar and restaurant staff were wonderful.
Enjoyed being right next door to shopping mall and 5-7 minute walk to train station.

Has to be one of the best hotels to stay at in Lyon. Rating on Booking.com is only 7.9. Not sure why it has a rating this low, should be 9+ minimum. All rooms have a wonderful view, bathrooms clean and well laid out, great bed, electric window blinds which give your room a complete black out in the night. So many other facilities near by, Westfield shopping centre . Has everything.
Nothing at all, it really is a very good hotel and totally underrated by some.

Cold, cramped and poor quality.

The room was comfortable with a fabulous view. Staff friendly and keen to share great places to see in Lyon very proud of their city. Plenty of little extras like water, biscuits and printing available.
We stayed on a Sunday night, there was no restaurant at the hotel which did not match with the lift promotional information that said while Celest was closed a bistro was open on Sunday's, this was not the correct. It was a bit tricky to get to from the station would be great to share that can just walk through the Westfield centre.

This hotel is on the upper floors of a skyscraper near Lyon Part Dieu station. You go straight to the 32nd floor to find reception in a 10 storey lobby. Very interesting circular layout. My room had a great view of Lyon which was good as it was far too hot to walk around. The hotel is an easy walk from the station through a Westfield shopping centre which means it is nicely air conditioned. The receptionist was charming and spoke excellent English (helped by the fact that, although he was French, his father came originally from Birmingham....).
The restaurant was peculiar with a very limited menu which was maybe due to the fact that I arrived after 9pm. The young waiters were inexperienced but friendly enough. There was simply a choice of pizza (very underwhelming) or salad. I ordered a bottle of viognier (glasses of wine were very pricey) which the young waiter struggled to uncork. When I stated that it was well past its best (not helped by being served at room temperature), he said he would take the bottle back but, as I had tasted the wine in a glass, he would have to charge for that. Somewhat staggered, I moved on to a glass of Cote de Rhone which was fine and ended up with a bill including one sad pizza pizza and two expensive glasses of wine (only one of which I drank). I mentioned the wine tasting story to the receptionist at check out and they agreed that the wine tasting protocol was odd but did not think of deducting the glass - I found this so amusing that I decided to pay up and instead add this to my repertoire of fun stories.

Very nice rooms, very comfortable with really exceptional views.
The exact neighbourhood isn’t so interesting but it’s not so far a walk from beautiful Lyon centre

The perfect location near a large shopping centre, transport and train station. It was very quiet and had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Room was large , very clean and comfortable.
No complaints about anything.

Air conditioning in room was wholly inadequate. Fixed at 27.5deg.
I went twice to the Reception on 32nd floor to raise this point, both after checkin and on the morning of checkout.
I was informed by staff that they had already informed management (la direction) of complaints by several clients. But to no avail. No action was taken.
I was further informed that many hotels have used the "opportunity" of the energy crisis to reduce their heating / air-conditioning energy bills. It is a poor decision, as I imagine that many clients will not return.

The toilet flush was splashing all the water outside and a technician wasn’t send.
The Italian restaurant was not serving pizza or the warm dishesas their oven wasn’t working. So for dinner even though were tired had to go to the city. There was just cesar salad, ham and cheese..

It is near Lyon main train station Part Dieu and a shopping mall. Trams, trains, metro are nearby. Lowest floor is 32nd. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room and bathroom, both are functional. There is a large Carrefour market nearby.
The breakfast was good, but the on demand (not pre-paid) price of Euro 25 per person is a bit expensive. And there may be more variety of cheese.

Super cool the building, can see the whole Lyon. The staff was really nice, and the rooms super clean and AC was strong for the hot summer.
Maybe would be nice to have 2 bootles of still water
