Location close to train station. Hotel is fine, quite comfortable for a short stay in the city

Amazing boutique hotel with lots of amenities

Great boutique hotel at walking distance form the station but in a nice neighbourhood of Lyon. Lots of small attentions that made our stay very pleasant: free water fountain and coffee Nespresso machine and sweets and in the lobby..

A comfortable, delightful stay

There are many cafes, restaurants and a very good boulangerie near the hotel. An exterior porch provides a small garden ambience to read, relax, have a drink. The room air conditioning was working perfectly as the summer heat was sweltering! Staff are helpful and informative.

Excellent hotel with incredible staff and equally impressive location

The location was perfect the staff were an absolute delight and incredibly helpful, check in and out times were generous and everything was beautiful and well appointed. The terrace was lovely and the lemonade provided by the hotel was a dream, I can’t say enough good things.

Nothing important- the elevator is a bit little might need multiple trips if you’re in a group with a lot of luggage but at least there is an elevator! :)

Comfy, clean stay

Rooms were very comfy and big enough. Showers were small but water pressure was excellent. Beds comfy. Soaps should have been refilled before we arrived as we ran out. Day manager, a very sweet girl that was so very helpful and kind--thank you.

Breakfast was decent but when there's more than four people eating, please make a little more bacon, fruit etc to be put out. Plenty of breads, yogurts, etc. Great coffee. Overall, a nice breakfast with a lovely terrace to enjoy your coffee and breakfast. My review says says sad face but I don't know why because breakfast was good!

Good location from bars and restaurants, and train station but quiet enough to sleep well. Comfortable bed. Small shower but good water pressure and it doesn’t leak all over the floor like many hotels. Stylish room

The details in the hotel were lovely, the room was small but had everything we needed. The room was clean and the location was good

Perfect home base in Paris

Lovely boutique hotel with huge rooms. The staff are lovely and there were a lot of small surprises for the guests. There was a baggie of praline sweets in the room on arrival as well as candy and lemonade in the lobby daily. Our room was spotlessly cleaned daily and towels changed each time. The area was a little far from the old Lyon but quiet at night which I appreciated. That being said, there were tons of bakeries, cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance and it's close to the botanical gardens/zoo which are free and worth a visit.

The A/C makes an intermittent buzzing noise and the outlets on the wall across the bed and TV weren't working.

Good hotel, central and clean! The staff were friendly and the room was clean and confortable. The room was very warm, which was good because it was very cold outside. It has shower and body gel, and also body cream!

I could hear people from outside the room, I think it wasn't really soundproof, but it was ok.

Nice Hotel for a short stay

Nice hotel on a quiet street. Comfortable, didn't stay long enough to investigate widely around the neighbourhood but several restaurants and bars nearby. 5 minute walk to the metro station ( Massena) and 10 mins to the trams and Lyon part Dieu. Good breakfast. Staff very helpful. Would go back.

Comfortable room and superb breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay, even it was only for a night! The staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was lovely - very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and with a kettle and coffee machine - the complimentary bottle of water and chocolate was appreciated. There's a lovely seating area next to reception, and you can also buy a glass of wine or beer. The area around the hotel is lovely, some great restaurants and bars and within easy walking distance of Part-Dieu station. The breakfast was superb.... self-service patisserie, breads, cakes, fruit, cold meats, cheeses, yogurts etc. There was also a choice of cooked food like eggs, sausages and ham. You could even squeeze your own orange juice! Everything was really good quality and plentiful. We'd definitely recommend this hotel.

A very good hotel, small and cosy, in a great neighborhood of Lyon

Good location, Parking in carpark convinient ( ca 300 m walk), plenty of restaurants and shopping around , excellent breakfast buffet and a nice little garden/terrace in the back yard, comfortable rooms and a well sized bathroom. Nice decor. Serviceminded staff.

Need to be aware that it is ca 2,5 km walking to the Rhône river and Presque‘ile/Center ( there is a metro line also).

The staff at this delightful small hotel were charming and helpful. The facilities were delightful.

This boutique hotel had very well designed rooms that were comfortable and not so far from the Railway Station or the Old City as to be too inconvenient. It's waiting room and back terrace courtyard were very comfortable and breakfast was exceptional.

There was nothing the hotel could have done about it but there was a lack of good restaurants open on Sunday and Monday for a convenient quality meal to be had on those nights.

Top location, super cute hotel, with a lot of personality and excellent customer service. From the fresh croissants in the lobby in the morning to the organic toiletries in the bathroom, and the homey backyard with a library, everything is well thought out. The value is unbeatable
