Nice and calm stay

Rooms are nice, spacious and quite modern. The air conditioning works very well.

Showers need some refurbishment and the neighborhood is a bit strange, although close to a beautiful park 🙂

Nice and spacious room

A very large comfortable room, with good air conditioning, great shower and comfortable bed. The location was great for me for work but tourists would probably prefer a different location.

It was a bit of a walk to get to the closest tram stop which made a difference during a heatwave, but not so difficult to get to on foot.

Either the hotel des congrès or Booking.com blocked the equivalent of one night (145 euros) 7 days before my stay although the reservation confirmation says I will pay on the day i arrive at the hotel. Despite withholding my money, the hotel charged me for the night i stayed before checking out. It has been 9 hours after check-out and they haven’t released my money. Disappointing.

the place was enough clean, a bit old style inside, but we went for one night so not really an issue.

the location is really bad, around there is a mafia selling drugs, we couldn’t go out on Saturday night, the place look doggy’s . they took a preauthorisation of the same amount of the stay, we didn’t get money back yet

Overall, the stay was pleasant

The location was generally within walking distance of the convention center assuming a nice weather day. The breakfast was convenient and there were a few reasonable priced places to eat right outside (nothing fancy though). Overall, the stay was pleasant.

I was reluctant to venture out after hours due to my unfamiliarity with the area and the fact that the neighborhood was not as clean as I would have liked

The room was nothing like the pictures on booking.com. Room was dated, dusty en not clean. Not like the pictures showing a new, modern and clean room. We paid too much for this room (not worth it). Also the neighborhood is not very attractive and doesn’t veel safe at night.

Nice hotel but in strange location

We get 2 connected room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Really a lot of space. Hotel was clean and personal very nice. Hotel is in 10 minutes drive to the city center.

Location is in some weird place, we walk with family to find some spot to eat, but all the time feeling was not comfortable. Breakfast was very simple.
