Centrally located, kind staff, good A/C, delicious breakfast.
The area directly around the hotel was a bit dirty and a little scary after dark. We had no issues, but were on high alert arriving at night via tram.

Friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast and attentive to our request for vegan and gluten free
Not being informed that our key card wouldn't gain access to the main hotel entrance door and the 24 hour reception relied on ringing a number to be let in. We attended a concert without our mobile phones and on returning at 4am were only able to gain access by asking a stranger to call.

Location is perfect and the clerks are friendly.
There was a female employee opened the room with room key when I was still in the room. It’s quite offensive and unfriendly experience.
