- Location is far from downtown or transportation - Location is terrible and get super noisy at night, cars/ motorbikes keep passing by and you can hear the loud noise even when the windows are closed - No kettle, so you can’t make a cup of tea for yourself - No slippers and tiny little trash bin in toilet - The safe was not working - Breakfast options are very few and limited, and too early 6-10!! - A/C was not working, and they advised me to open the windows to cool the room down! And once you open it up, you will suffer the car noise and people talk - Dark walls

Beautiful hotel in a great location with very friendly staff. We travelled with a dog and they were sweet enough to prove a water and food bowl together with some treats.

Great new hotel that offers rooms with modern amenities. All of the spaces are well done and very inviting. The room was spacious with tons of storage and the bed was very comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It’s in fine area but it’s a little out of the way if you’re a tourist looking to see the sights of Lyon.

Nice hotel in an area you would not expect. They have a project to expand it with more rooms and a restaurant, so it should to look even nicer than what I could see. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

The location is a bit outward the city centre of Lyon, more towards south of the presqu’ile (Perrache), but there is good public transport connection.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, and I would highly suggest worth the money I paid .

The property was very nice had a lot of style and great place to get transit into the center. They have a wonderful restaurant connected with amazing food for both breakfast and dinner. The room was beautiful and had a great bathroom, and an amazing air conditioning system which was perfect for the warm summer weather

everything is great—most especially all the staff—they really are amazing which is so wonderful when you in a city you know nothing about!! it’s clean/boutique/as advertised/& there’s work in progress—I look forward to returning to see it all renovated. By the way the renovations going on don’t interfere with your stay at the hotel!

Overnight stay, paid extra for a great hotel and received mediocre Good but not great

well located within walking distance of centre or tramway. Bed comfy. Clean. Free coffee and coffee machine in the room. Well equipped but basic.

Still under construction. Sent to parking garage when street parking was free and available. Not a boutique hotel. Very basic reception area. No garden or space.

Nice room, good shower, comfy bed. Staff were really nice and helpful. Room was quiet, even with construction going on all around. Typical cold breakfast buffet was 12 EU but it was pretty good.

Not enough shelf space in bathroom. Location is just so so. It is near the Confluence Shopping Center and the Confluence Museum, but there not many restaurants in the immediate area ( unless you went to France to have pizza or kebab ). Easy walk to trams 1 or 2 where you can get to the rest of the Lyon public transit system.

We didn't had breakfast a single day because there was almost nothing available. ANd we went early to try at 8AM and then again at 9AM. No eggs, no proteins, no dairy free or gluten free options. No variety/diversity. Really bad.

think the hotel is expensive for what it offers. The rooms are dark and there is little light. The distance to the center is 2km and the breakfast is very basic.

Brand new hotel, close to tram station, quiet area, close to rivers. Breakfast is reasonable for hotel price. Kind staff. Comfortable rooms. Enjoyable balcony and backyard view.

When I arrived there were big fixing activities at the lobby and was very messy. Stayed 4 nights, asked for cleaning one time, after the cleaning the floor was worst than before the cleaning, it doesn't mean that the hotel was generally dirty, honestly it was clean but room cleaning was a disappointment. I asked for towel slippery but they don't have, be aware of that.

Helpful & friendly staff.

All the staff were very helpful. The hotel is new and located just off one of the main roads into town with the tram stop a few mins walking. Small bakery and bar opposite with a bar, supermarkets, fast food on the main road around the corner towards the city. Small balcony to chill.

Nothing to complain about though it may have been a little overpriced for the location.

Lovely little hotel in the city with very friendly & accommodating staff with very good English - they had no restaurant but were able to recommend a really nice place to eat just round the corner which was delicious.
