Friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast and attentive to our request for vegan and gluten free
Not being informed that our key card wouldn't gain access to the main hotel entrance door and the 24 hour reception relied on ringing a number to be let in. We attended a concert without our mobile phones and on returning at 4am were only able to gain access by asking a stranger to call.

I like the gym very much.
Everything was very clean.
The room was huge.
The SPA was a little bit expensive.
The location was not perfect but good for the price.
Also the breakfast was little bit expensive.

Location is perfect and the clerks are friendly.
There was a female employee opened the room with room key when I was still in the room. It’s quite offensive and unfriendly experience.
