Would have given this hotel a 5 star review but the wicked witch of the west had to spoil a job well done by the men by sprinkling a little bit of hate and condescension where none was warranted.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Florentine and couldn’t recommend it more highly.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by an incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff who spoke excellent English and made us feel at home throughout our stay.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with breathtaking views over Lyon that made our visit even more special. Everything was spotless, and both the room and the common areas were impeccably clean and well maintained.
The service was exceptional in every way, and both the food and drinks were of outstanding quality. Every detail reflected the hotel’s high standards and genuine hospitality.
Thank you for an unforgettable experience—we would love to return!
