The Hotel accommodated my earlier than anticipated arrival. The location is excellent, and if arriving by car, there is very safe and secure parking very close by (or be it expensive).

Very different and ample property. Excellent Location.
We opted not to receive daily cleaning of our room and left the DO NOT DISTURB sign hanging outside the door at all times during our 3-nights stay. However, we found two strange objects INSIDE the property that were left on the sofa while we were out in the city. Extremely upsetting. Wrote to the Property Manager and got a vague response… still waiting for an explanation.
Some pieces in the shower were broken.
Also, consider that this is a residential and office building. Lift wasn’t working. Got repaired at checkout time. If you can lift your luggage 2-3 stories up, then it won’t matter.
And: you need to punch FOUR keypads with codes at different doors to enter the room.
