MiHotel Tour Rose

Great location, literally surrounded by restaurants and small craft shops. Walking distance to all major attractions.

Elevator wasn't working for 3 days. Stairs are very narrow and dark. On the day of check in we didn't get the code for the second doors, so we had to go through the restaurant next door to enter the stairs. Also, they forgot to bring breakfast the first morning. There is no human present on the property, therefore all the communications goes through emails and phone calls. The hotel needs a bit of refreshment, especially the carpet in the hallway. AC was working but briefly, so we had to keep the windows open during the night which was a problem when garbage truck comes at 5am under our window. Definitely too expensive for what it's offering.

The room…Amazing. The location, even more Amazing! It is located smack dab in the middle of a foodie’s paradise- and that is an understatement. Go, eat, walk, see and understand why Lyon is so very special.

Exceptional design! This hotel room is one of the most comfortable and well thought out rooms I have ever stayed in. Spacious, stylish and simply stunning!! Great location in the old cobble streets of Lyon. Would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommended!

Access to the property can be a bit tricky as there is no reception and a small corridor up to the elevator, so there is no one on site to speak to, that said, the staff are very responsive to questions and came back to us quickly when we needed something.

Great location, nice decor and comfortable bed.

Quite tired with marks on walls and chips on skirting boards. The fire place wasn’t working and it took us 3 attempts to contact the property by phone just to be told that the person didn’t know the suites and thought the fire was supposed to be just an orange light without the vapeur flames (as seen on the website).
