The location was excellent, beds were very comfortable and it was unique.
Shower door was missing, leading to the floor being soaked. Also dirty wine glasses were left in the room, and the carpets were very stained. Seems like the maintenance was not kept up overtime.

Great location in the heart of the Old Town, making it easy to explore Lyon on foot. We stayed in the Palma room, which was spacious, nicely decorated, had air conditioning, and a semi- private entrance. The main office was also very helpful, allowing us to leave our bags on our last day so we could continue exploring the city.
Access can be a little inconvenient, with multiple door codes to enter the building and several flights of stairs - it's a bit like a maze. It wasn't an issue for us, but it's worth noting for anyone with mobility concerns or heavy luggage.

An excellent location for bars and restaurants. Good coffee machine
No desk to work at. Bedroom upstairs - toilet downstairs - and steep stairs. Mediocre breakfast
