Recommended

Apartment located in the hearth of the city, location is one of the best. Overall the apartment was easy to reach and clean. The atmosphere was also nice for a weekend for two. Very appreciated also the presence of a nespresso machine and capsules.

Wifi, tv and a screen were not working properly. Inside the apartment we did not have much signal and it was also hard to use the smart tv in those moments when you want just to relax.

Challenging

The location was very good

It was misrepresented as a hotel when it is actually an Air BnB. The cleaner left the door open on one of the days so when I came home in the evening my room door was wide open. The sink is so small you cannot wash your face without water spilling on the floor. The tablet at the door faces the bed and shines blue light on the bed all night. In general this property is disappointing.

felt inconvenient, impersonal, and not guest-friendly

location is good, easy connection to take bus and metro.

1. The room fee had to be paid through the hotel’s own payment link instead of Booking.com 2. Check-in time is 5:00 PM, much later than the usual 2:00–3:00 PM at most hotels. They also charge €30 just to store luggage earlier, which feels very unreasonable and profit-driven. 3. The “hotel” is actually a room in a residential building, more like a guesthouse than a hotel. 4. There is no front desk and no staff on-site. The hotel claims the self check-in is clearly explained, but as a first-time visitor in France, the initial step (how to ring the correct doorbell/enter building) was very unclear. 5. Only one phone number is provided for help, no WhatsApp or chat support. Communication in English was difficult, and the tone was not empathetic. When I raised the safety issue that no one verifies guest ID, they never addressed it clearly. 6. They claimed the late check-in helps ensure better room preparation, but there was a broken cup in the room (a safety hazard). I reported it, and they simply added another cup but did not remove the broken one, which makes no sense. 7. Wi-Fi was very unstable, frequently disconnecting. 8. The TV had no instructions and kept returning to the home screen every few minutes, making it unusable. Overall, the experience felt inconvenient, impersonal, and not guest-friendly. I would not recommend this property, especially for international or business travelers.

spacious, confortable and great location

The bed is very confortable, everything is beautiful and new, we felt at home. I recommend it for sure. Location is amazing, we could do a lot of things by foot.

As the room is big and with a high ceiling, even with the heating machines, we felt cold during the night. The shower doesn’t have a door, so the floor can get a little wet and you feel a little cold too during the bath. Also it is good to mention there is no front desk or personal support, everything is online (not a problem for us). The building is not MiHotel only, it is shared with other owners.

Customer service really sucks, sent payment link even if I have registered my card on booking for the paiement, the link sent was not working, many totals to do paiement not possible, told them that I can pay via booking as it’s working for me, they said no, you give us toi car number or try with link or we cancel your reservation for the day of my arrival. Imagine the stress, basically though that everything was ok with booking. After many trials found that their link does not work on safari, so surprising and silly they had to precise it. We pay such price we expect a good service, it was not the case. Even for the late check for which I was ready to pay, In the begging they told me that it was ok at the end no, how comes that you communicate on something that finally you are not able to propose. I will never come back event the place was good customer was not from my point of view good mainly in a context where they don’t have reception. So if you had a problem do not count on them they might let without reservation

Unique stay in Lyon!

Private, spacious, quiet, well located, and unique. Cable TV, frig, excellent shower, tub in the middle of the room was provocative. Modern in an older building that has lots of character.

Not much of a view, and paying to get in by 3pm.

we found feathers in the duvet so we asked if they could change it, they didn’t have any other things. (for a expensive suite it is not acceptable)from the pic I couldn’t understand anything if there was a door for the bathroom , well there is no, so the bathtub, sink and the shower were exactly in front of the bad : NO PRIVACY. for 190 euro one night absolutely no. there was a noise every 2 second Inside the room (from the floor, the heater, I don’t know what else) . and the plug on the left of the bed was not put properly, I could remove it. dangerous .

The location was great. The room was very nice. The bed very comfortable. Easy to walk to many locations for shopping and dinner. The staff was extremely accomadatiing to all requests. I would book again.

Un "nuevo concepto de hotel", que no es un hotel

Mihotel offers a new system (that we did not like). It gives you access to an apartment, but it is not a real hotel. There is nobody to welcome you and for many of us that is important. We had to made several phone calls in order to get codes to access the place, something you do not have to do in real hotels. The "intelligent" system that presumably controls everything, did not work when we tried to get the room's temperature down. However, the person that helps you in the offices (four blocks away from the suite) was very kind.

If you're expecting a hotel reception with a lobby and bar, this isn't the place for you. We didn't realise until close to our stay that this is essentially a hotel room located in an apartment building. The room is fully serviced to an exceptional standard but it's a little odd to call it a hotel room

Great place, great city.

Nice location. Very nice place. There was some reparation in the house going on so it was noisy during the day. But you do not feel it if you are not back in the room earlier.

Payment system is a little bit complicated. Several of my cards did not work.

Its not a real hotel, its an apartment in an old building

Disappointed. Old building. The elevator burly fit me and my bag. The bed sheets were not completely clean. The room smells like cigarettes. No reception. No parking, and even nearby parkings were full. The decoration was nice though.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία , πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος . Μεγάλο δωμάτιο , όμορφα ανακαινισμένο σε πολύ όμορφο παλιό κτίριο στο κέντρο.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν κρύο και επειδή ήταν μεγάλο σε τετραγωνικά άργησε να ζεσταθεί ικανοποιητικά .

Chambre très confortable, idéalement placée. Hygiène top, batiment très calme.

Le petit déjeuner est déposé devant votre porte sur une fourchette horaire d'une heure (entre 6h45 et 7h45 en semaine), sans possibilité de demander un horaire précis. Vous souhaitez partir de l'appartement à 7h30 ? Priez pour que le petit-déjeuner soit livré avant, sinon vous partez le ventre vide.

La localisation, l'immeuble.

L'impossibilité d'accéder à la suite réservée et le numéro d'urgence injoignable. Bien que cette nuitée ait été remboursée, cela a laissé un goût amer. Aussi, l'équipement douche/baignoire paraît très bien à première vue mais il n'y a presque pas de pression pour l'eau, ce qui rend les douches / bain très long...

Heerlijk verblijf in prachtige stad.

De locatie was fantastisch. Op 5 min lopen van het nieuwe centrum, maar ook op korte afstand van het oude centrum. De kamer zelf was groot, schoon en sfeervol.

Voor mij was het matras niet top en het was erg warm in de kamer. Je kon de ramen wel openen, maar dat resulteerde ook in muggen in de kamer. Maar al met al een absolute aanrader!
