the bed was comfortable, and cleaned every day and tea and coffee facilities
plugs in the sanitary ware that worked, the room design was style rather than practical.
No entry information received by email despite promises to send we had to ring to obtain it
Insufficient hangers in the wardrobe, non of the clothes storage was accessible as too high
