Location, Equipment and Style

No real daylight - like living in a box - this shouldn’t be an apartement to be rented out . We were promised to get in earlier but didn’t work. Access only by code which wasn’t working.

Extremely disappointing and uncomfortable.

The appartement I got is NOT the one in the photo. It was a sinister big room with very little natural light, very badly maintained, the bathroom had humidity stains and was disgusting, I left the used towels on the floor and the cleaning lady hung them back on the hooks expecting me to use them… I had to stop the fridge because it was so noisy that I couldn’t sleep. It was a very cold and humid space and the morning I was freezing but there was no way to put some heating on. I called them and left a message but I had no feed back. Very very low standing. I ve been in other Mi Hotel suites and they were very nice and cosy. So I was expecting much better.

It’s mentioned a hotel but in fact it’s not. It should be named studios. It’s not a hotel only a studio in building!!

Disappointing

Great position

Tiny room, sloppy environment. Appreciated that this is a self-check in structure but we tried to contact the office at the provided phone number a couple of time before our arrival without getting any answer.

The fuses kept tripping out when the heating was on, the television had to be reconnected every day but never did work properly so gave up in the end. Our first time in a hotel with no reception and a person on the end of the telephone was not the best help with the tv and the problems with the access code.

We had to cancel our stay and find a different place.

The service on the phone was kind and helpful. we were contacted about the room we booked needing repairs and offered another room instead.

When we arrived, the room cleanliness was not up to what we were expecting and the time for someone to come to correct this was too slow (more than 1.5 hour).

Great - I would stay again, only issue its good for a single or couple. Good location/well decorated

Room only, booked this last minute as was staying at Hotel Sofitel, Lyon for 2 nights which was recommended to us by an acquaintance who booked it for us and thus we stayed up on his recommendation. Sofitel is far from a 5* hotel - lovely lobby but don't let that assume its the same throughout the hotel, despite modern and contemporary the rooms are not. They are old and really need a reconstruction. Back to MiHotel, I literally booked this the prior afternoon - needed somewhere central near to my friends. Got the instructions though the payment mode to the MiHotel Comte was not so straight forward - in the end I got there and the details for accessing the accommodation were given. The apartment was easy to find but the the electronic access took a bit of time to work out. Accommodation was spacious, had everything you needed if you wanted to have a bit of self catering. Ample room.

Only issue was the WIFI/TV and entertainment - I remember some difficulty as had to connect the system myself and in the end I have up on the WIFI which wasn't working. Luckily I had my own data service. I gave a lower rating for facilities as wifi is quite an important thing to have. Other than that the rating for the apartment would be higher not withstanding the wifi.

Modern luxury in the old town.

MiHotel Comte was like a beautiful oasis in the middle of town. The room was large and beautifully decorated, the bath was comfortable and a nice touch for a hotel room. Would definitely stay again.

Not a bad thing, but just be aware that the code for the door will not work until 5pm on the dot. We arrived with our bags at 4:50, hoping to just out our bags in the courtyard and weren’t able to access it.

Stylish sojourn with jacuzzi bath in living space

The suspended mezzanine with 2-3 persons sleeping quarter is ingeniously organised. The apartment is the work of a good architect and interior decorator that transformed the space in a stylish, ample and interesting accommodation. The space is equipped to receive in-room service. It’s clean and well fitted. The latest in electronic command wall consoles adds to the modernistic lay out.

The design choices are stunning and the categorisation of this accommodation is difficult. The reliance on in-room service makes it less of a place to stay for a longer than a weekend.

Very nice and comfortable place. I would certainly advice everyone to go here. Friendly staff (by phone) and perfectly located in the city center.

The name suggested this is a hotel while it was a serviced appartment. I personally didn't like the fact that they called to ask to finish the payment procedure by phone while this could have been arranged directly through booking.com. You also need to send them a copy of your ID and Visa card before arrival (given that there is no reception).

Pratique pour 1 ou 2 nuits

Le lieu. Proximité de tout donc emplacement parfait. La literie parfaite également Studio propre avec un accès facile et parking très proche

Les 2 étages à monter sans lumière.. quand il fait nuit pas pratique. Nous l'avons signalé sans réponse Le fait de ne pas avoir de verre pour boire de l’eau ou même à utiliser pour se rincer les dents.. uniquement 2 coupes à champagne ou 2 mugs... Le prix exorbitant des produits proposés dont la grande majorité n'étaientt pas présent d’ailleurs Le côté très usés des 2 rideaux séparant la chambre du coin cuisine On ne peut pas appeler cela une mini suite mais juste un studio. Idéal pour 1 nuit ou 2 max. Conclusion mériterait un rafraîchissement pour avoir le nom de mini suite

Never again

Die Lage

Dass die Heizung ausfiel, dass der Türöffner/ Codebox nicht installiert war und wir ständig die Hotline des Hotels anrufen mussten. Dass die cCodebox des 2. Apartements plötzlich ohne Strom war und wir nicht ins Appartement konnten. Dass der gesamte Strom im Appartement ausfiel und wir den Sicherungskasten suchen mussten, um wieder Strom zu haben. Dass danach die Kaffeemaschine trotzdem nicht mehr funktionierte. Dass wir alle Heizkörper neu programmieren mussten, damit sie heizten. Dass kein Roomservice kam und deshalb auch keine Teller und Tassen mehr zur Verfügung standen. Und und und über die alte Bierflasche unter dem Bett mussten wir dann schon lachen.

En arrivant une porte de placard était cassée. Il y avait des visses sur le sol, impossible de se servir de la cafetière qui faisait sauter les plombs, des poils dans la baignoire, les joints de la douche sont à nettoyer…

Non mi è stata data la stanza che avevo prenotato, all’arrivo non ho potuto accedere alla stanza per un guasto al tastierino del codice e ho dovuto attendere la risposta dell’operatore per entrare, la colazione non è stata consegnata e mi è stato detto che sarei dovuta recarmi a prenderla in autonomia in un altro luogo.

Excellent rapport qualité prix et nuit exceptionnel !

Chambre superbe, très propre et décorée avec goût. Le lit est extrêmement confortable et on s'y sent très bien. L’emplacement est parfait pour profiter de la ville. Vraiment une excellente adresse, je recommande vivement ! Le check-in est simple et très bien indiqué.

Décevant, cet appartement pourrait facilement être amélioré.

Le lit était confortable et la salle de bain adéquate. Le quartier est agréable et près de tous les services.

Ce n’était pas propre quand nous sommes arrivés. Mousse (mouton) de poussière près du lit. Ces saletés on été enlevés le lendemain de notre arrivée. Peinture écaillé. Un seul fauteuil/chaise à peine utilisable. Pas moyen d’asseoir une seule personne. Chaise berçante qui bascule vraiment beaucoup trop vers l’arrière. Tapis à nettoyer. Difficile d’ouvrir la porte malgré le code ( on a dû s’y reprendre à 6 reprises pour finalement y arriver) et en plus, le système de verrouillage de sécurité ne fonctionnait pas. Plutôt un troisième étage sans ascenseur mais le pire c’est qu’il n’y avait aucune (zéro) lumière dans la cage d’escalier le soir. Vraiment dangereux, c’est absolument nécessaire d’avoir une lampe ou un téléphone avec flashlight pour s’éclairer.

Dans l’ensemble on a retrouvé la suite facilement le service de communication était là à chaque besoin mais c pendant certains trucs fonctionner pas et on a pas pu jouir de la chambre comme il faut . Et les personnels étaient au courant compte tenu des appels nocturnes que nous avons fais mais après c’était passé comme si de rien était aucun mail aucun appel pour une excuse de leur part

Appartement bien situé mais très vieillissant

L’emplacement est top. L’arrivée en toute autonomie est bien organisée (attention la porte est lourde à pousser et une fois était bloquée totalement). L’appartement est très calme il n’y a pas de bruit et la literie est exceptionnelle.

L’appartement est vieillissant. Pour y avoir séjourné par le passé j’ai pu remarquer une certaine dégradation (rideaux tachés, plus de produits Nuxe, joints des miroirs de la baignoire à refaire, taches au plafond) et le ménage n’est pas fait, toilettes non lavées et sol non aspiré. L’entrée de l’appartement n’était pas très propre, avec des mégots. Impossible d’être dans la noir car le rideau de la salle de bain est bloqué.

Pas pratique pour se garer en voiture dans la rue alors que une cours est possible mais pas de code pour y avoir accès.

Le côté cosy de la chambre, c’était la deuxième fois que nous la réservions !

La poubelle de la salle de bain qui n’avait pas été vidée après la réservation qui nous précédait…il n’y avait pas grand chose dedans, quelques cotons de démaquillage mais malgré tout…
