Excellent location in a landmark property of exceptional quality. The room was modern and very comfortable, and was spotlessly clean. The staff were all excellent. We did not dine at the hotel, but we did make use of the Dome bar, which was a memorable experience.

From the first welcome to the ongoing attention paid to our needs, our visit was perfect for an overnight stop in Lyon. The departure present for our dog added that little extra that showed that the staff in this hotel care.
Just a small quibble, having come from hotels that catered for dogs... there was nowhere for us to eat so that our dog could be with us. We had room service, which was delicious, but only one chair in the room, so second person perched on the bed.
