The location was very good
The bed was not comfortable and the pillows provided were very rigid foam.
Very unsatisfactory room service on 2 out of 3 nights. On the first night we had no response to a request made at Reception (because room service phone calls were not answered) for a bucket of ice not once but 3 times over the course of 2 hours. We only finally received the ice after going directly into the kitchen area beside the bar. On the second night the ice was delivered in a timely fashion. On the third night we again asked Reception to arrange for room service to provide some ice but did not receive any ice. After an hour we went directly to the Restaurant where we were able to have our "ice" bag filled.
To be fair, when asked the usual "how was your stay" at checkout we expressed our dissatisfaction and an adjustment was made to our billing.
