The facilities are well renovated, stylish, impeccably clean and comfortable.
My reservation was cancelled during our travel to Lyon. At arrival had to make another booking, which did not go smooth due to the problems in computer system of the hotel. Result: 40 min of waiting with the child on the outside heat.

Very comfortable bed, nice spacious room and well equipped kitchenette with good choice of restaurants within easy walking distance, plus well-stocked supermarket around the corner. Good communication on the online booking procedure and no issues with access, with good lift to 3rd floor for our luggage.
No available parking nearby, and drop-off area was regularly occupied which then required various trips to central parking area underneath Place Bellecour to get our luggage from car. However, this was just a minor inconvenience.

Kitcenett does NOT have stove. Microwave was broken. Set of utensils did not include even one knife.
