MiHotel Gailleton

Location…lots of restaurants nearby, very comfortable, good size, big windows, good coffee:) Enough closet space for 2 people, loved the long mirror right outside the apartment. I really liked my stay there!

Well the AC didn’t work. They responded right away to come fix it. Also would have liked a long mirror inside the apartment. And we couldn’t figure out how to work the TV.

Location, walking distance to attractions, tram, restaurants and grocery store. There was a fan and bath robes provided. I had trouble logging into WiFi network but the company contact was responsive in helping me address issue.

No laundry detergent even though washing machine provided. There was no wine opener or drying cloth in the kitchen, messaged company contact who indicated will be brought but it was still not provided by the time I checked out 2 days later. Likely an oversight by the cleaner but attention to detail is important and this impacted my rating. While accommodation is on a side road, there is still some traffic sounds coming into the room, didn’t bother me but sharing fir those who prefer quietness

Good location, very large apartment with loads of space and amenities, luggage drop off is available just off Place Bellacour, agents very responsive (e.g. WiFi didn't work and someone responded to my message immediately to come up with a fix)

Apartment is a little worn with a few broken features and lightbulbs, getting the three different access codes and walking 10 mins to the luggage drop off was a bit of a faff Vs a hotel with a reception but ultimately did work out fine, there was late night noise in the square outside the apartment one night but it is in the centre of the city so to be expected

Location

Kitcenett does NOT have stove. Microwave was broken. Set of utensils did not include even one knife.
