Location was good, nice eateries around. Bed was comfortable. Responsive staff. Large rooms. Lifts. Able to do some laundry.
Luggage drop was at the office which is not at the same address. Had to walk a good 10-15 min to the office which is unacceptable. We had problems with the drainage of the shower and the sink. We called and the sink was fixed but the shower drainage not solved. Floor was not level so there was indeed some vertigo but mainly in the dining area.

The apartment is centrally located. It was a delightful apartment beautifully clean with excellent linen and towels. The staff were helpful and prompt to respond with any queries we had.
Unfortunately the air conditioning unit did not work during our stay and the washing machine was unresponsive and leaked when we tried to use it. We know it is difficult to get these issues fixed immediately and I’m sure these issues will be resolved very soon.

Kitcenett does NOT have stove. Microwave was broken. Set of utensils did not include even one knife.
